现在大致的情况是，人在seattle地区大公司干了若干年，房子什么的也买了，小日子
过得也挺舒服，就是看着身边朋友纷纷跳槽，眼红后也决定努力一把，趁刚而立之年还
是出去看看，拿了两个offer，一个在seattle本地(不过离家也比较远)，一个在sf。今
天想先听听大家的意见，主要是关于salary negotiation和cost of living这方面。
当然还有很多很多别的因素要考虑，公司的对比前景个人发展前途这些都更重要，不过
这贴的讨论还是想focus一些比较好。版上以前提到seattle vs bay area光是下雨的话
题就吵不休，这个话题大家尽量绕开吧，个人偏好的成分太大我自己会掂量。还有什么
湾区工作机会多啊，我知道，不过这里大家多谈谈钱吧，谈钱最简单:-p
我觉得这个cost of living/negotiation的考量上，主要是有两个角度：

过得也挺舒服，就是看着身边朋友纷纷跳槽，眼红后也决定努力一把，趁刚而立之年还
是出去看看，拿了两个offer，一个在seattle本地(不过离家也比较远)，一个在sf。今
天想先听听大家的意见，主要是关于salary negotiation和cost of living这方面。
当然还有很多很多别的因素要考虑，公司的对比前景个人发展前途这些都更重要，不过
这贴的讨论还是想focus一些比较好。版上以前提到seattle vs bay area光是下雨的话
题就吵不休，这个话题大家尽量绕开吧，个人偏好的成分太大我自己会掂量。还有什么
湾区工作机会多啊，我知道，不过这里大家多谈谈钱吧，谈钱最简单:-p
我觉得这个cost of living/negotiation的考量上，主要是有两个角度：
1. 自己觉得从seattle到sf，搬家卖房买房这些一堆事情，CA state income tax, 房

kitchen。。。
我想请问下大家的living room都怎么办啊，如果做客厅，里面已经有个客厅了，俺们
家又不需要传达
室。。。。老公说改成棋牌室，又觉得一进门放个牌桌貌似很怪异。。。。
想不明白为啥美国人要两个客厅，两个饭厅～～那个formal dining已经被俺改成钢琴
房了，这个
living room真是头疼。。。。

按这个标准，你一进门的厅应该是family room，而和厨房连着的厅应该是living room
。你的沙发因该放在
living room里，餐桌应该摆在餐厅里才对，难道你除了客厅没地方摆餐桌？ |

发帖数: 757 | 47 今天换挨着garage 的living room里面的一个dimmer。先把相对应的闸给拉了。然后按
照说明把新的dimmer给换上。闸复位，发现没有反应。试了一下整个living room和挨
着living room的bathroom都没有电。把dimmer给拆下来也一样。不知道有没有童鞋碰
到过类似的情况，怎么解决的。

room挺大，2层高的。1楼还有个小书房，二楼4个房间， 2个房间我觉得小（12*11左
右的），一个大的超北。3200左右sqf，三车库。 我看房不多 但是网上看的不少，基
本在我们这个区，我的价位里，只看到过2个没living的，
living到底多重要呢？ 哎 纠结 |
