走5分钟就到公交车站，上了公交车10分钟就能到地铁站harvard square。从住的地方
走10分钟有star market、basement、bestbuy、target、CVS……买吃的穿的用的都很
方便。
这是一个两层的house，楼下是一个livingroom和一个厨房，楼上是三个room和一个卫
生间。现在要出租的是一个room。
house里有洗衣机、烘干机、冰箱、微波炉、洗碗机、烤箱，免费随便用。入住时不需
要带任何厨具和被褥，这里全都有。
除网费（<$10/月）外，其它费用全包，每月$447。
现在住有三男一女，都是中国学生或博士后。想要找一位中国室友。
租期是2月1日到8月30日，必须要到8月30日，因为房子是整租的，不是散租的。如果在
8月30日之前搬走，而且找不到人来接着租的话，就要由其余的室友分摊房租了。
需要签合同，押金$125。
