You can either get prescription sunglasses, or you can get certain types of
goggles that allow you to wear your own glasses. I am using that kind of
goggle made by Bolle.
About ski type, it depends on where you are going to ski and your level.
There is really no such thing female or male specific skis. That's just
marketing. Professional female skiers never use "female specific" skis.
They ski on unisex skis or male's skis (again no such thing "male specific"
