长期研究FDI的香港大学学者米高•恩莱特（Michael Enright）7月21日接受BBC
中文采访时分析了这几家风口浪尖上的中资企业海外投资行为的共同点。他认为，这几

An Arizona utility commissioner said he's willing to pull the plug on Los
Angeles if the city goes through with a boycott of his state.
In a letter to the city of LA, a member of Arizona's power commission said
he would ask Arizona utility companies to cut off the power supply to Los
