家子公司于11月21日披露，公司在2011年把98亿美元的营收转至位于百慕大群岛的一家
空壳公司，较三年前增长了近一倍。通过这种做法，谷歌在全球避免了大约20亿美元的
所得税。
因为百慕大群岛不存在企业所得税，通过将海外子公司的利润合法地汇入到该地区，谷
歌把公司整体所得税削减了近一半。谷歌在2011年转移至百慕大群岛的营收，相当于该
公司税前总利润的80%。

另外提示一点，避税逃税的手段太多了，小道消息我听说过一些，你想不到的黑。上有
政策，
下有对策，法律政策都是欺负老实人的。与其在立法上下功夫，不如多在执法上下功夫。

local politicians look good, they should be able to push the deal through.

Talking about political power and influence, there are only two Chinese
Americans in the city council now, out of 51 seats. It will take another 2-3
