GC ($500), 一张普通visa GC（$200), 两张 mastercard ($50 each). 结果load 的
时候， 头两张卡通过了，mastercard 不行， cashier 就void了这个transaction.
结果悲剧了， Vanilla 的$500变成$0了。 找walmart, manager 说transaction void
了，funds release 了，打电话到Vanilla CS, CS 说walmart 已经charge了钱，没有
refund.
我该怎么办？ |

找target说钱不能refund，因为是money load
最后是amex作为发卡商给我人工冲了等值的钱进去
过程也fax了个人证件和发票...

叫OneVanilla，手续费是4.95, 另外一种是MyVanilla，手续费不记得了。
这两种哪个是能load到bb的呀？考古了半天都有点儿晕了，不过这个load要到walmart

password, then recoat them and put them back to CVS racks(may be near end of

那个卡要在网上用SSN注册的。有限制的应该是一个Transaction只能刷4张卡（如果你
要买东西或者MO的话）。Load的话你是一次一张，应该没有限制的。但是你肯定是买
500的划算，一天2张正好。 |

，并且总是去pay同一张卡，也一样风险很大。
