分。但是其中一门课是外系的，难度变态，我没有基础，顶啊顶啊顶到最后感觉顶
不住了，于是想withdraw掉它。因为withdraw之后只能拿到7个学分不满足保持F1,full
-time身份，我提前去isss咨询了一下，当时他们给我拍胸脯说没问题，说是学期快结
束的时候的withdraw是算一种不计gpa成绩的，还是显示在成绩单上的，说我不用填任
何表格和申请，就跟正常的一样。我听了之后觉得没问题，权衡了一下还是withdraw了
。结果最近isss office的人又跟我联系，说是他们疏忽了，说我这种情况属于学术困
难的Reduced course load的，而且他们是会把这个记录更新到sevis里的，让我去找导
师签字，填表。。我当时就愤怒了，你早跟我说这门课我撑一撑还是可以拿下来的啊。

前几次测试了42gr，感觉很满意，但是速度总是担心，155如果只用42gr来推，和175相
比其实没有太大优势。所以这次特别装了一批Lapua官方推荐的46.8gr精确load来试，
另外装了一些46.5来做对比，看看到底Lapua有没有骗人。
每发间隔3-5分钟，其结果还是很让人欣慰的
从46.8开始打，第一发冷管之后向上走了大概0.3英寸，然后稳定打出了一个0.218的四
发组
接着是46.5，感觉没有发挥最好，Load本身打出了0.283的五发。
接着雾散日出，把垫子往后拖了几码在树荫底下打42gr，感觉确实准度很厉害，直接
plink了一个0.160的四发，可惜最后一发follow through做烂，结果打了个0.728的五发 |

了许多weekend long run.能不能完成自己心里都没底，真是杯具呀~~
但不管怎样，card loading是不能少的 :P 尤其去年跑的时候，最后那6.2 miles,又累
又饿，简直就是肚皮贴后背，现在想起来仍然心有余悸！所以从上星期开始就狂吃白米
饭，已经有差不多两年没有碰白米了，平常也只是吃少量的五谷杂粮。现在为了card
loading,豁出去了，中午一碗，晚上两碗，这样吃了差不多有一个星期，自己已经有点
受不了了，还重了两磅，觉得自己快要变成猪头了，大家有什么好的建议呀？既可以有
效card loading,又不用撑，到跑的时候又不用上厕所~~

的DIET为碳水.RACE前2-3天70% - 90%碳水.
又听说不需要用CARBO LOADING. 比赛时吃GEL就好 (另外问一下什么牌子的GEL比较好).
看了如花大牛的比赛报告, 似乎比赛2-3天ＣＡＲＢＯ LOADING前似乎又要CARBO ＤＥ
ＰＬＥＴＩＯＮ．

但现在好多游戏又成wbfs格式了，只能用移动硬盘（NTFS格式化）
但是用移动硬盘玩游戏loading不上，屏幕显示正在Loading但就死在那了
之前也拿朋友的移动硬盘在我家主机上试过也loading不上，但是在朋友家的主机是好的
怀疑是破解的问题，可能没破解好

可是问题是我label的蛋白一直load不上去，load到的信号非常低。。。。 我用了
maleimide-PEG4-biotin 去label cysteine，结果一直不好。信号就是很低的时候就达
到平衡了，很奇怪。 之后我换成NHS-LS-biotin，这个大家用的比较多，结果load的信
号更低。。 我都有BSA去test labeling，都信号很低。。
我现在的问题是，蛋白肯定是label了，30%左右，我用的1 biotin： 1 protein的
ratio做的labeling，因为不想over label multiple sites on one protein. 都做了
两个月了，快绝望了。。。什么条件都试了，Octet red的信号就是不行！
另外，有人说BSA 不好label，想问问别人有用其他蛋白label的吗，我想做个positive
control， 说明是蛋白的问题，还是label的方法的问题

load从ASCE7里找。设备重量只能加在设备所在位置，或你认为最不利位置。然后跟
