所有珠子 50% off. 在串珠区流连忘返了两个多小时, 买了蓝绿色系的各种不同类型的珠
子, 买了银色串珠线, 买了银色耳环挂钩, 准备实施我的串珠计划. 忙了一下午, 弄了一
对耳环, 和一跟项链. 还没来得及照相. 赶明耳再发图片.
不知道我这里打折是因为新开张的缘故呢还是别处也打折. 感兴趣的同学们快去看看吧.

LIA的Lobby以前推进立法，成功机率很低。谋事在人，成事在天。
EB3C的LOBBY是VISA 行政监督，万把块钱的小PROJECT，没有可比性。
EB3C的LOBBY大部分工作上半年已完成，下半年收尾，，"行百里者半九十"， 建立一个
模式，来年遵循。有始有终。成为惯例，来年也不用LOBBY了。 |

与议员互动。
低端lobby公司只要能够帮助安排一个会议就收钱，最低端的派人去议员门口帮站队。
中端lobby介于两者之间。

(1.) HR3012 is near the edge of death.
HR3012 itself has bi-partisan support and promising to pass; the real block
is various interest groups want to use it as a boat to pass their own bills.
