house 1: it is very close to ele. school, don' know if noise might be a
problem.
house 2: there is a small access road behind the house
house 3: it is a corner lot, close to a main road.
There are 8 houses listed in the same area. Other 5 are even located worse.

至于floor plan，你都直接可以把房子推到重建，这都是完全可以办到的。无非是钱多
少的问题而已。
所以，location远远比floor plan重要。
我之前很多帖都说过，买房子确实是有运气在里面的。比如，你最中意的房子就是不
list出来，但你一买完房子它偏偏就list出来了，而且价钱还特合理完全在你的支付能
力以内，而且还没人抢。
但这都属于运气，属于可望不可及，千万不能钻这个牛角尖的。
至于为什么觉得"I can do better"，能否说来听听？

来的office （好远）再file amendment 等一个月再走，我看只要file了就可以换地点

但是后来140交了之后我就必须到SF工作了（家人的原因）。
所以律师给的意见是，到SF之前做了个H1b的 amedement 把SF这个location给写上去了
，然后就工作了一年多。
今年8月交485的时候，律师说我必须回到LA去，呆至少180天。 然后我问他可不可以两
头travel ，他说这个都没有明确的规定，但是让我留的住址是 LA的， 180天之后，可
以交AC21 把我 job 的location 改到SF。
我现在的问题是，不知道之后background check的时候他们会不会真的查你的本人在什
么时间段在哪里，因为我485交了的那180天，其实很多时候还是呆在SF，LA的office
只是有的时候去。 LA的地址只是之前房子的地址。 |

选不选最好学区不是最紧要，但一定要考虑当需要卖出时不至于要等很长时间才能收到
砍了价的offer.
房市总有up and down.好的 Location 不会在市场转变时候出现大幅下降。内部部分结
构和装修是可以改变的但是 Neighborhood 和 Location （如铁路边，机场边航线下，
high way 旁，高压线下等等）是很难改变的。 |
