因为我学校所在地属于USCIS Dallas Lockbox,
但接下来要呆的地方属于USCIS Phoenix Lockbox

USCIS 的网站对于 Form I-485 based on a pending or approved Form I-140给的邮
寄地址是以下两条：（instruction只针对 skilled worker说了按location of
permanent employment）
The USCIS Nebraska or Texas Service Centers, depending on the location of
the beneficiary’s permanent employment. See Form I-140 instructions for
addresses.

1: Maryland，New Jersey，New York，Pennsylvania 这四个州的140申请，如果同时
要求pp的话，则寄到NSC; 如果是不要求pp，或者以后才追加pp，则跟全美国各州的140
一样都寄到德州的Dallas（快递的
话则是Lewisville）。后面这个并不是所谓的TSC？而是只是一个中转站，由他们按居
住地原则分配给各个center？
那么问题就是，最近上面这四个州的140，如果没同时pp的话，最后都分配到哪个
center了？是TSC还是NSC？有同学能分享一下现身经历吗？
2. 如果这四个州的140即使是在NSC处理，单按照485的instruction对于based on A
pending or approved Form I-140是居住地原则，那么应该要寄到德州的Dallas
Lockbox（快递的话则是Lewisville）这个中转站，而不是寄到Phoenix Lockbox，按照
考古理解，Dallas Lockbox是管TSC的485，Phoenix Lockbox是管NSC的485。

看到不少人询问加拿大签证情况，本人最近的经历，各种折腾，把我的经历分享给大家

[今天又收到邮件，具体fee只要交那个$34.10的去费城那个lockbox地址，如果寄纽约
的话]
注意不能用personal check.
对我们网上申请的，那个$43.01 fee 不用交。
邮寄护照的时候，那个里面附带的材料就不用附带交费的了。
我的情况，H1b 身份，且有有效美签，申请加拿大旅游签证。
按照网上申请gckey，注册登录，然后按照要求提交材料。
1.申请表，按要求填好，网上提交。
2.材料里面我没有去体检，而是用了自己两个月前年度体检的一个报告，pdf。
3.交费。在网上申请过程中交了申请费。
然后就等啊等，等到花儿都谢了还没有等到网上个人账户里有update。于是找啊找，找

在where to file 里面讲到：All Form I-140 Petitions ... must be filed at the
USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility...

一个多星期了连个receipt都没有收到，结果快20天了就收到了退件。
问了律师，律师说是USCIS的lockbox搞错了，还安慰我说这种事情经常有，没什么好怕
的，大家有听说过我这种情况吗？
下边是律师的回信：
Your case has been returned back from the USCIS yesterday. Because USCIS
uses lockbox to receive case filings, the lockbox often makes mistakes. We
re-shipped your package to the USCIS by express mail. We have made a big
note to the immigration officer and requested a supervisor to review in case

So seems like Phoenix lockbox is still the right place to send 485 for NSC?
And that's why people sent 485 to Dalls lockbox get receipt notices faster,
because it's the lockbox facility to send notices. and if we send to NSC and
NSC routes it to Phoenix lockbox, it will take some time before they send
the notices.

同时由律师file的 receipt number 都是LIN 开头所以应该是nebraska lincoln

指的程度，所以我也不怕丢人上来问问。网申的材料准备也还好，而且递交之后很快有
了回信要求寄护照，然后，然后问题就来了。根据前面的帖子，我把几个注意事项按照
我的理解总结了一下。如果有错的，欢迎大家指正，特别是最近已经网申过的大虾们一
定要指点迷津。

和旧的房产经纪人签合同六个月,房产没卖出去。2月27号合同到期。我让经纪人把门上的
lockbox取走，不再续合同了。那个经纪人答应2月27号把锁取走。于是，我在2月27号
和另一家的经纪人签了六个月的新合同。新合同从2月27号算起。今天我到房子里一看
，门上还挂着上一个经纪人的lockbox,新经纪人无法把自己的锁箱放上去。为什么那个
经纪人不及时取走她的lockbox呢？因为那个经纪人爱玩花招，怕有什么不妥的不符合
法律的事情被她抓住了做文章。想来想去，就是这个日期有点让人不踏实。
2月27号旧合同到期，同一天开始新合同，可以吧?

the EAD application for the c(9) category.
It says file at the UCSIC Chicago Lockbox facility if your response to
Question 16 is: (c)9 AND you filed your Form I-485 with the USCIS Chicago
Lockbox facility, and your receipt number begins with "MSC".... (see
instruction page 9).
I am in the c(9) category, but I did not file I-485 with the Chicago Lockbox
facility, then where should I file my EAD renewal? I used to file |

. Same thing happened for my LD's case.
We dont' know whether there is any connection between the email to lockbox.

。请问这意味什么？另外还有一个疑问。基于I-140批准后递交了I-485，现在不是要寄
到USCIS Phoenix lockbox或Dallas lockbox？为什么论坛上还有这么多人寄到TSC和
