2是windows分区
前不久刚备份过，不过还是有最新的一些东西没备份的。我把硬盘拆下来，接到台机上
，能看到盘符，但是进不去，建议我格盘
查了查网上，建议用cd启动，然后chkdsk 或者fixmbr,但有人说这样之后数据全丢了。
来听听大家的建议，多谢多谢！ |

Gurson模型是从void growth推导出来的，不能准确的应用于剪切模式，这应该是学术
界的常识。老夫20年前在伯克莱研究微观力学的时候教授就天天讲，本人2004年也曾发
表模型对它进行修正，而类似的改进举不胜举。
本构模型利用J3和Lode角的相关性也是早就有了，并不新鲜。比如80年代Matsuoka-
Nakai的土力学模型就应用了J3参数。大部分土力学模型都是有与Lode角相关的参数.
1990年Zienkiewicz的塑性模型就有，更早的应用上溯到70，80年代。我觉得Liang Xue
博士加这些东西也是普普通通，或者说是情理之中的事情。
John Hutchinson作为断裂力学的一代宗师，我想不会连这个insight都没有。我看两篇
文章从推理到最后的模型都不同，硬说老头抄袭了自己的想法，从你那里得到启示，我
只有呵呵了。 |

第二，我让你贴文献你还真贴了。我猜你不敢，也贴不出来。我错了。再细一看，你贴
的文章果然驴头不对马嘴。我和哈抄抄说的都是fracture envelope的J3 dependence。
你在这里贴的文章都是讨论yield 和 flow function的J3 dependence，这个不是我们
讨论的J3 dependence啊，我压根儿没改动啊。我的模型的yield和flow function是完
完全全的J3 independent的啊。又露馅了不是。让我说中了吧，你这是猪鼻子插大葱，
装象啊。你这个基本也就只能唬唬文科妞了。
关于这点，我再给你打个通俗一点的比方吧。改动yield function，也就相当于改变塑
性变形的起点。这个我没改。光改这个要能成功，Tresca一百多年前就成功了。我改动
的是让跑动的速率沿不同的Lode角不同而已。尤其是让沿剪切方向的速率快一点。这个

你第一句就错了。Gurson的yield function如果只是Gurson那时的压力相关的椭球的话
，并不能取得后来的成功。这个模型的成功在于后来的加上nucleation的改进，这样屈
服面椭球的大小就和空洞大小更有关系。这也导致了它最开始成功预测剪切带的形成。
这个是80年代初的事情了。学术界普遍认为的这个改进已经能应用在剪切模式了。你查
查过去几十年的文献就知道这个模型应用在预报剪切断裂，比如blanking等的不知道有
多少。
第二，J3和Lode角在本构里的应用当然不少。但其对于金属断裂中剪切带的形成和断裂
模态的变化，我之前并未见过这样的文章。如果你比我更了解，可以贴出来我也学习一
下。贴不出来的话，那我就认为你在说大话了。
第三，宗师不宗师，这种话不要瞎讲。指导哈抄抄，这事我干过。指导宗师，这事我没
干过，以后也不会干。
第四，你觉得哈抄抄得有这个insight。你的觉得当然是错了。哈抄抄自己自己都承认
他一开始以为没这个J3 dependence，也承认模型是我先改的。你好好读读哈抄抄的道

Zynga的题目，没什么好透的，因为他们的重点不是通过题目来考察人，而是在谈话中
看你是不是他们想要找的人。
我的感受是：他们要找对游戏passionate的人，喜欢玩，当然也得喜欢coding, design。
去之前，就看见大家都说：他们要找玩游戏的人。Recruiter也在email里建议：如果没
有玩过，最好玩一下，熟悉了再去。我去下载了所有Zynga的主打产品，但是一个都没
有深入玩。我知道在短时间内，我玩不到能impress他们的level。
先是面纽约。那是Zynga收购的小studio, 以前做Drop 7，这是个我喜欢的game类型，
主要是逻辑和数学想象。去之前试了一下，没太入门。见面每个人都问我：你玩过
Zynga的游戏吗？最喜欢玩什么游戏？我的回答都是：我把游戏戒了，除非陪小孩随便
玩玩 – 因为我知道我管不住自己。我花过太多的时间在游戏上，现在改玩程序竞赛，
那个我不觉得是浪费时间。他们就追问：以前玩什么游戏？我不怎么玩通常意义上的大

先说说预定的情况和我们的错误，在网上预定的是晚上10点 check in
http://www.mariposamotel.com/reservations.shtml 网上只说了下午3点开始check in
然后收到邮件在房间信息后面给了个important information最后一句说了You are due
to arrive here at 22.00，前面几句有黑体，这句没有我也就大意了，从没想过还有
12点以前不能check in的旅馆，当时很天真的认为只要晚上到了那里就可以，12点到就
行，所以途中谁也没想过去给旅馆打电话，6点的时候打过一次，信号不好说了几句就
断了。我们的具体行程下午四点多些从santa barbara出发，因为是第一次去，路线不
熟，吃饭还花了近一个小时，最后晚上11点半才到，中间同车的另一个司机ABC还超速
吃了ticket（不值得同情）。到了以后一看office关门，写着checkin时间是3-9pm，然
