先说保险。不管你是个保还是团保，绝大部分的人都不知道自己保了什么、没保什么？
都是到 file claim 的时候才发现：啊，原来这个没保！？然后就开始跟保险公司去争
文字的解释，你有你的解释，他们有他们的解释... 一天打三个电话 ...。
合约也是一样，签的时候大家和和气气，高高兴兴，出了问题才去翻文本，然后照自己
的意思解释，吵来吵去。所以为了避免日后纠纷，合约文字都是尽量详细、尽量不会引
起误会。（我第一次在中国签约，一个小公司，对方拿出来的草稿只有一页纸，我吓了
一跳！在那之前我见过的合约，不管中英文全都是几十页，就连最简单的 NDA, LOI 都
是两三页纸。我心想：这一页纸的合约，以后出问题，不要吵死了！？）
法律也一样，白纸黑字写在那里，不出事则已，出了事谁的解释都没用，只有看法官的
解释。现在这 13 万遮羞费就是这情形。
川普自己发推说这钱是我的钱，与竞选无关；有人说任何为了影响竞选结果而花的钱，
都算政治献金，而法律说超过 4700 的政治献金必须申报，否则就是违法。

情和老板的人脉，同意给150K, 查拉一下这几年的国家的approval rate，从2008年的
17%plus 到现在的3%，这个数据还是只考虑可以提交申请的，因为差不多有一半的LOI
后是不能提交的。老板对今年的申请很有信心，还是遭拒。这个行业，我们学校算是全
美最好了，是不是给文章有关呢？申请时数据很多但还没有发表。所以老板让我快整理
出来。但是感觉到美国经济真不如以前了。
还有，最近看到消息说，NIH的钱会不如以前（就算经济好起来），因为1998-2008，
NIH经费增长过快，是仅次于国防研究的。
生物是不是真的很难做了。感觉倒对做FACULTY有些害怕，拿到AP后可能高兴，但是过
一阵一看，to get money to support the lab is another story, especially for
the faculty of a small school.
现在还在POSTDOC, 对前景感觉到很失望。 |

情况，没想到遇到这样一个不负责任的，真是第一遭。
交了LOI之后，按规定他是要有回复的，他给了几个时间让我选电话talk，结果电话里
我问的问题，回答都不超过三个字！拽的二五八万的！ 按他说的给他发了一个
paragraph（因为他说更长的他没时间看），从此泥牛入海无消息，根本不回。一个月
之后发信询问，仍然不回。眼见着deadline要到了，我这到底投还是不投？这样不负责
任的PO，不能投诉吗？投诉了有没有用？ |

电面第二天通知onsite.先说一下对b家的印象。我觉得他家还挺厚道的，hr比较nice，

，小印问你这个能用在哪。我给他解释了一下，发现他对kinect的理解还停留在
