不会觉得lonely，就会好些。只是说明我不是基督徒，我是基督教的粉丝，所以千万别
误会在拉你们。
任何教都是劝恶从善，可基督教说不管怎样，基督都爱你，都会帮你等等，我喜欢参加
中国教堂聚会，能让你感觉，你既使被社会遗忘，但基督没忘你，每人都需要爱。
以前一朋友家来美国后，被人拉教堂，他老婆就很平和，孩子们和他都觉得挺好的，后
来不叫他们了，他lp就每天很lonely，很急躁，他就赶紧电话以前叫他们的人，他lp又
去了，当天就洗礼了，每星期都被聚会听圣歌，就安静了。
我自己的体会，特别有时候孩子让我生气时，我就去聚会，回来对孩子们说，你们爱不
爱mommy没关系，基督会爱mommy，基督说了，你们是他给的gift，不管这gift好不好，
mommy都得珍惜，所以mommy还得好好管你们，爱你们，孩子们总是被逗乐，就都好了。
不管怎样，得学会自己骗自己。
去试试吧，心理医生只管用一时。其实基督教也可当作是心理治疗。

第一次离家在外过年，感觉还是冷清了许多。因为今年南方的暴风雪，有很多在深圳工
作的人都没有回家过年，深圳街头，尤其是各大景区，倒是人潮涌动，但我一向不爱凑
热闹。假期和朋友一起出去吃了顿饭，逛了趟书城（太多人），其余的时间就都窝在家
里了。其实难得有这样的长假休息一下也挺舒服的，一个人，自由自在。在家打扫卫生
、看书、看电影、睡觉睡到自然醒，再整点美味犒劳下自己，也是爽得很。昨天看电视
上教中学英语，说到了lonely和alone的区别。I am alone,but I don't feel lonely.
我可以一个人在家待几天都不出门，但也自得其乐的很

不会写字，专职美工，儿子配的文字，封面故事 --- "The Lonely Flower"。虽然“
lonely" 写成了 "lonley"，但故事还是很打动我。创意都是他们的，在写完 Author和
Illustrator 之后，他们俩想给妈妈也安个头衔，那就算出版人吧，负责排版审核，
装订加宣传:-)
仿佛这一切都发生都在转瞬之间，妹妹两天前还是纯“印象派”的代言人，转眼就
把“写意”和“写实”结合的恰如其分，画面的布局和色彩的选择也无可指摘。不和别
人比，就和哥哥两年前比，还是看得出悟性的不同的。这就是各有所长啊。而儿子似乎
对文字更加敏感和偏爱。不在乎写多少，让我惊喜的是这短短的一段贴切地传达了这幅
画的形和神 --- 花只有的一朵，还是蓝紫色的，尽显孤独。鸟有三只，远远的飞来，
还看不清眉目，但已带来动感。阳光定下了和暖的基调，注定是个温馨的故事。

这几天，脑子里总回响着红热辣椒的Scar Tissue。试图展示的on-drug时不可分享的独
特视角，与我想讨论的残疾问题南辕北辙，而又殊途同归。伤痕是客观存在的，但是人
类是一心向往光明的，总会自觉不自觉地将目光闪过，就好象忽略是最好的治愈，最好
的自我解脱。然后一脸无辜地站出来，摊开双手，“我真的没有看到。”

days (end of march, beginning of april). But to my surprise, I can't find
ANY buget hotel still available (ie: below $70 USD per day per person). I
used the lonely planet guide book, and called a lot of low-to-mid priced
hotels (and ryokans) in Kyoto, and they are all completely full.

想去阿拉斯加,这念头是去年Memorial Day在黄石就萌发了的.像所有的旅行一样,上一
次的结尾就是下一次的序幕,

旅行指南——加利福尼亚，是一本中文书，一本翻译过来的书，Thomas Cook出版的，
到现在这个系列的书在老中老美间还是知者甚少，就是这样一本不起眼的小书，伴我走
过了在加州的花花草草，风风雨雨，完成一个国际老混子的第一步。这个系列的书没有
Lonely Planet那么多的信息，没有Dk Eyewitness那么多精美的插图，就是这样小小的
，那么的不起眼，但是把该说的都说到了，常常令人惊喜不已。

outback和lone star都是烤肉店，个人喜欢lone star多一点，他们的cajun ribeye
比较进味儿，每次去几乎是必点。outback的烤羊肉吃过一次，比俺老婆自个儿做的
差得远，他们有种把米饭和穿起来烤好的肉，蔬菜，虾等等放在一个碗里的东西，

上大学的时候就开始喜欢她，记得跟学校门口音像店的小老板聊天的时候就说到她不该
嫁给鲍比那个坏小子。一次又一次出入戒毒所，毁掉的不仅是容颜，声音，现在连生命
都已逝去。一个拥有天籁之音的人，笑起来总显得特别诚恳。为什么不能象歌里唱的，
好好爱自己呢？愿她在天堂找到安宁。

9/21 is a long day!
Route: Mountaineer's route up, Whitney trail down
Distance: 6+11 miles，但根据我的GPS大约有20多miles,这个17miles可能是平面距离
，不计算海拔的
Length: 17 hours (5am-10pm)
Weather：Sunny，山顶零下，风速从下午开始65km/h
Team 1:AL（Leader）+XJ
Team 2:临时加入的拖后腿团 我,XY,Shore，一个来帮开车，一个来陪聊
Permits: Team 1 提前几天网上搞到， 并提前到达帮team 2成功抽签到了permits

Mt Whitney是美国大陆48周最高峰，14505ft。Mountaineer's route是一个比常规要难

how they think, how they live, ... I still remembered the happy life in
dorm in Chicago!
Plus, the whole summer, they put all of us who stayed into one building.
Never felt lonely. But, the holidays season (Christmas and New Year), was
