local的经理跟我说csr有权给你waiver,只要你在24小时之内付清。supervisor可以
waiver一半的费用如果超过24小时小于30天，这个crs是没有任何办法的。
我在chase的local branch开的business checking,人家经理嘴里不断的说，
relationship.
上次我被microsoft charge了几十块的费用。其实也怪我没有及时cancel,chase当天就
给我
refund了。MS也没有找我要钱。csr告诉我这个是longtime good relationship 的
courtesy refund. 什么证明都没有要。
总体来说，chase 还是很赞的，bonus给的快。也没有什么乱收费的。 |
