先是和斑马的跑一个Trail上的Out(South)-Back-Out(North)-Back,然后再同一个
Trail上，不同的路线再跑一个O-B-O-B。很窄的Trail上面要同时斑马，全马Loo
p1，全马Loop2，还是双向！ 晕了，真的要晕了。 |

都停摆了，跟同学沿着长安大街走回家的，估摸着25公里左右吧。
这个慈善义走的受益者是Melrose Home - Children's Aid Society的孩子们。一般而
言，在新加坡生活的孩子们是幸福的，大部分孩子们的主要压力就是学业，吃喝不缺，
突出的一点就是旅行经历丰富。然而，最近因缘巧合，我有机会了解到生活在这里不幸
的孩子们，他们来自低收入和离异家庭，也有孤儿，有不少不得不在收养所生活成长。
我是跟另外3个同事组队参加这个长途义走的，比10公里长，比100公里短，选择走西线
路线（参见下面的路线图）。
比较起长途奔跑和徒步行走的不同，他们使用了不同的肌肉群，走下来的感觉虽然没有
跑全马那么悲惨，但肌肉的疲劳感是有异曲同工处的。平时根本没有训练长途行走，而
上一次行走记忆根本没有丝毫的警示感，呼吸和体力分配没有任何的策略可言，全凭拼
体力了。加上第3个报道点后剩下的5公里路程不得不在夜幕降临的雨天完成，12个小时
的天气从多云到晴朗到下雨，我们也从擦防晒霜、戴墨镜遮阳到雨衣、雨伞、拖鞋的一

提起文物大盗，人们立马会想起那些直接盗墓者。殊不知，那些欺师灭族，盗卖祖宗，
把承载着自己民族文明火种的文物倒卖到国外的人才是最大的盗贼。卢芹斋就是这样一
位文物大盗。
1905年，清廷崩溃在即，一些王宫贵族、八旗子弟生活无着无落，有的从皇宫盗宝、有
的搬出祖传文珍，拿到市面上典当换饭吃。一时间，各地古董市场红红火火、生意兴旺
，其中尤以上海城隍庙一带最为热闹，商人云集，国宝汇集，场面胜过了北京琉璃厂和
天津、香港的古董市场。就在那一年，26岁的卢芹斋，经浙江同乡、孙中山先生的好友
张静江点拨，漂洋过海，开始了他的古董生涯。
初入行时，卢芹斋与北京、上海等古董行的一些大买卖人搭帮结伙、欺行霸市，国内凡
有青铜古玉、瓷器字画等稀世古货露面，不管如何周转，最后必定落入他们之手，然后
再从上海港发往巴黎、纽约等地贩卖。从1906年—1949年，卢芹斋等人的这种交易从未

不过还是点评一下所有的12组参赛选手。
1。Fab 5
犹他农场来的5个妈妈，也是真正的姐妹。出场还是蛮惊艳的。穿着消防队员的服装，
跳踢踏舞，动感十足。舞台背景也不错。我挺看好她们的，还投了她们一票。
2。Carol Loo
63岁的大妈，被评委2认为是玛当娜出场。要是麦当娜真来了，肯定被气死。我很佩服
大妈的勇气，也还有些跳舞的基础。就是觉得她的艳舞很有搞笑成分。多半没戏进入下
轮。
3。Charles DeWayne
长得很帅的黑小伙，一笑两酒窝，牙齿也很白，深情弹唱一曲。舞台配上黑白圈大屏幕
，感觉还挺像回事。有可能进入下轮。另一结论就是有酒窝的帅锅就是很迷人滴。
4。Eleisha Miller
唱得太难听了！！！这小女孩倒是超级不怯场，很有范。以后长大了应该去搞个人脱口
秀。评委认为她有“big personality”，所以选她进入top40。可是我觉得有些被淘汰
的比她强不知百倍。要是她能被选上参加下一轮，真是天理不容阿。
5。SQ Entertainment

Can't remember what they really said, but for 'outside walking', I meant the
time when I was sightseeing in street and asked where I could find a
bathroom. They later laughed, ' Did you want to take a bath?!'
I think the English people also use 'loo' a lot. Wife of an English friend
said saying 'lavatory' is more classy than ' toilet' (guess that means '
lavatory' is more pretentious)...

云3》获得11项提名领跑金像奖，许鞍华执导的《黄金时代》和《黄飞鸿之英雄有梦》
则分别获得10个提名位居其后，陈果导演的《那夜凌晨，我坐上了旺角开往大埔的红
VAN》（以下简称《红VAN》）也获得8项提名。
刘青云凭《窃听风云3》和《暴疯语》获得了两个最佳男主角的提名，最被外界看
好，这是刘青云第十五次入围香港电影金像奖，之前他仅仅在第26届凭借《我要成名》
称帝。而其他三位男主角可谓是金像奖“新丁”，吴彦祖从影多年，但只在2004年凭借
《旺角黑夜》提名过男主，他这次将以林超贤的《魔警》直接与刘青云进行PK。去年提

中国人所说自己是“龙的传人”，而这个“龙”是谁呢？是黄帝。黄帝又是谁？是公
孙轩辕，而“公孙”这个複姓是什么意思？是蒙古语“Gangluusun Suyan” ，翻译成
汉语意思就是“旱龙之牙”。也就是陆地之龙的龙牙，故有土德之瑞，因而称黄帝爲眞
龙天子。其后人被称为“龙的传人”。而他的名字不是汉人的名字，而是蒙古人的名字。
蒙古红山文化与黄帝部族的文化元素是相对应的，只是我们大部分国人在感情上还是
不太愿意去承认。戎狄是匈奴的前身，《吕氏春秋审为篇》“狄人、猃狁，今日匈奴。
”《晋书北狄传》“匈奴之类，总谓之北狄。……夏曰獯鬻，殷曰鬼方，周曰猃狁，汉
曰匈奴”。黄帝的部族名叫“轩辕”，“轩辕”即“猃狁”，两者是同一个族名的异写
，黄帝与匈奴本身就是同类。轩辕黄帝就是5000年前的成吉思汗，他的后代南下征服了
中原。《史记》中很多地方都清楚地记载黄帝部族是入侵中原的游牧民族，如《史记·

印度最近流行一首「屎歌」《到廁所大便》（Take the Poo to the Loo），曲風輕快
、動畫有趣，但反映的卻是印度欠缺廁所的悲歌。
動畫中，男子夢見一堆屎人在嘲笑他，夢醒後又發現一沱屎在屋外等他，立即逃亡，但
卻發現屎人兵團已佔據全市。為了奪回城市，男子與村民展開驅屎大行動，他們興建大
型廁所，假裝要搞「屎派對」，誘使屎人兵團聚集到馬桶內，然後將它們沖走。
印度全國半數人隨處便溺，最貧困的2成人更是從未到過廁所，每日街上便有71650噸糞
