罪行。此次研讨会是继欧洲议会2013年12月通过中国发生的强摘器官的决议案后，又一
次官方正式聚焦该议题，并邀请欧盟三大机构（欧盟委员会、欧洲议会和欧洲理事会）
的官员与相关的国际组织、机构及专家等共同探讨制止这一罪行。
出席研讨会的有来自世界卫生组织，欧洲理事会，医生反强摘组织、器官移植协会，器

A Ford Mustang was driving northbound on Route B and hit a Toyota Corolla
going south.
The driver of the Mustang, 34-year-old Rene Lopez-Espinoza of Columbia,
drifted off the right side of the road and overcorrected, causing him to
lose control of the car and cross the center line. He was hit by the Corolla
as he crossed the line.
