据路透社12月20日消息，美国通用汽车（GM）将在2017年1月暂时关闭在美国的五家装
配工厂，届时或将波及愈万名员工。这些工厂将关闭一至三周，目标是降低库存量并调
整需求。
11月份，通用曾宣布将裁减2000名员工，并且将暂停在俄亥俄州Lordstown和兰辛（
Lansing）格兰德河工厂第三个生产班次，而这一计划也将在一月份继续执行。
今年10月份，福特也曾宣称正在削减翼虎小型SUV和F150皮卡的产量，以应对美国市场
上汽车销售放缓的问题。
高端制造业一直在本土，不存在转回来的问题。把低端制造业转回美国，生产来满足国
内市场？获取利润的办法一是极大规模的减少对企业的税收，二是能保证产品有较高的
价格。
办法一，获利最大的是投资者，第二是国际消费者，第三才是美国。办法二、直接的结

前年有一次晚上从宾州去Cleveland，走i76—i80（OH turnpike），过了Lordstown之
后突然遇到Lake effect snow暴雪。那雪就是几分钟之内下来的。能见度不超过5米，
路上的标线都看不见。最后以不超过 15mph 的速度慢慢挪到了Cleveland。
建议楼主出发前看看天气预报。如果天气晴好的话i90一点问题都没有。如果有下雪的
可能，离湖边越远越好。 |

。看起来还是交钱了事吧，是不是只要付waiver的那个钱数就行？我不知道bond是啥，
