浸盐水(bringing)大家都会. 为什么如此会做成更juicy的烤火鸡呢?
这其实是渗透原理(osmosis)与逆渗透原理(reverse osmosis)的一个有效的利用.
先说做法. 一般的浸盐法:
1 Gallon 冷水
1杯 kosher salt
半杯红糖
(*) 加各种香料(随意)
我家的是:
半 gallon spicy apple cider (没有就用普通的)
半gallon冷水
一杯白醋
1杯 kosher salt
¼ 杯seasoned salt
半杯红糖
