you can get and the most reliable kind, should last very very long time
with almost no maintainence.
Heat pump is much more efficient if you live in a area with mild winter,
older units are loud, but the same loudness as AC running in summer.
Not sure what unit rate for your local utility, cost is not necessary more. |

晕。。我赶紧把4道锁全所上了。。
这时候听到邻居的声音，很大声的，“you don't belong here, go away"..
我跟我领导说，有小偷。他说，瞎说八道啥。。
邻居后来也不知道上那去了。一会经过我们家的窗口，我们赶紧敲敲窗。然后开了门。
他说，那小偷也过去翘他家的门，然后就到我们家的门。
我问，那报警吧。他说，一个old guy，应该没啥危险。。我晕。

码按#号，mydialbox的系统直接把电话断了，因为它默认井号是要输入新电话号码
换了loud&clear, 电话打进去，一切正常，然后让选是移民信息（1）还是旅行信息（2
），选了2,结果跳过一些语音提示，直接让输密码,输完也不接通人工服务，只是死循
环重复说密码有效期12个月之类。
打了客服电话，说是海外打进去的电话有时候语音提示会出问题，让我稍后再试。我试
了很多次，每次用mydialbox语音提示都正常，每次用loud&clear都会跳过一些提示直
接让输密码，输完密码就死循环。

司的TA是女的，再就是还有一个女broker J，于是J就经常成为其他人的调戏对象。这一
天J来quote一个东西，几个大老爷们闲极无聊拿人家开涮，不管J说什么，总是嚷着Can
you speak up? I can't hear you.之类的，其实J的声音已经很大了。
J自己其实也明白被调戏了，偏偏还不能生气，就喊了一嗓子"I am fucking loud!"结果
一群男人不怀好意的大声哄笑，还有一个哥们偷偷说了一句She should have said "I
am fucking loudly"，又在小范围内引起一阵淫笑。

1。 教训与经验
我们家被偷盗过两次。
第一次发生在一个刚新建的小区。 本以为小区成份简单， 大家都互相熟悉就没事。
所以， 虽然建了fence, 却没有及时装gate. 结果被盗， 损失惨重。 其实在发生前就
觉得小区近来常常停了一些不认识的车。 另外， 对面的房子被出租给一个老黑， 我
们怀疑是他们引来了盗贼， 因为他们经常开party， 引来了不少外人。
第二次发生在Bellevue山上的一个好区。 我们刚拿到keys, 还没有搬进去， 我还来不
及装security system。 损失了一捆toilet paper。 （感谢Bush, 这年头人穷得什么
都要） 盗贼因没拿到什么， 就毁坏了一个toilet paper holder。 我们怀疑是原房主
在通过craigslist出售东西时，把毛贼引到了家。

我们家被偷盗过两次。
第一次发生在一个刚新建的小区。 本以为小区成份简单， 大家都互相熟悉就没事。
所以， 虽然建了fence, 却没有及时装gate. 结果被盗， 损失惨重。 其实在发生前就
觉得小区近来常常停了一些不认识的车。 另外， 对面的房子被出租给一个老黑， 我
们怀疑是他们引来了盗贼， 因为他们经常开party， 引来了不少外人。
第二次发生在Bellevue山上的一个好区。 我们刚拿到keys, 还没有搬进去， 我还来不
及装security system。 损失了一捆toilet paper。 （感谢Bush, 这年头人穷得什么
都要） 盗贼因没拿到什么， 就毁坏了一个toilet paper holder。 我们怀疑是原房主
在通过craigslist出售东西时，把毛贼引到了家。
所以说， 不管你住在好区还是“坏”区， 偷盗的事都可能发生。 这些盗贼是有组织
的投机分子。 一般他们都会先踩点， 然后看机会而strike， 而且一般在strike后他
们不会再来。 另外， 不要以为你有一条狗就没事， 我的同事在家有一条狗， 照样被
