99 is 99: it's a great score--no need to differiente low99 or high99.
The message is; Be positive at always, my friend! :p
I think you still have great chance, maybe for next year. It is a bit too
late to submit your application after Nov 1....Especially for IM.
Keeps your hope up and never give up!

Green card.
US PhD,junior faculty of a tier 2 university.
OB experiences in two private clinics and a hospital, two LORs from private
clinicians are very positive and one from the hospitalist is so-so.
Applied to 70 FM and 113 IM programs this year, applications turned in very
late (from Nov 1 till 15th). Deadlines for most programs applied are from
Nov 30 till Jan.

都很熟悉，导致正确率82%（6个Block),第一遍50%。三周前NBME4 410，再过一遍
Goljan和FA后刚做NBME3，450。不知过来人感觉如何，我觉得NBME题目还没有UW那么拐
弯抹角，但就是什么东西没记住，知识点没在脑子里。还有2月全职看书。我很希望自
己能考个low99,但现在NBME才85（450），看了前辈考经，很多99在考前2月就已经是99
了。问我有没有希望？多谢阿。 |
