半年有treaty的
只要你用软件，铁定回来一大笔钱
而且估计80%帮你要的就是lowincome credit
你的treaty income在你w2上是不显示的
但问题是你真的确定你能要这个low income credit吗
因为你根本不是low income
我建议你去HR block的office好好咨询一下
HR block的软件根本不能算treaty的报税的，
是，它有要你选treaty income，但只要你填了treaty，
它就会说你是non resident，告诉你不能用
不要现在拿钱爽了，到时候被抽到，罚款可不是10%或20%能打发的 |

I have a friend who went to Queens College for undergrad and his family is lowincome.. not only he got to go to the school for free, he was getting paid about $1K a semester... it took him 10 years to graduate... your tax dollar at work... |
