be possible. Otherwise, it is the way you handle the sample that causes the
problem.
Sybr Green assay is as sensitive as Taqman assay. I don't think ABI(life
tech)'s claim is true that Taqman is more sensitive.

但是烂弱长得实在是太凶恶了，如果抛掉HEP lowly grads对于名人的敬畏，即使你不
认识她，在马路上偶遇，你仍然会觉得她很可怖
一般人给talk吧，起码先介绍一下自己的理论基础，所有HEP ex的给talk，都会show一
下基本粒子的示意图，没有人觉得这是多余的。但是烂弱给talk，RS model就只有一页
，上面写了几个大字：RS model。就听烂弱说：想必大家都知道了，然后连一秒种也没
停留就翻到下一页去了。就这一个举动，就能反映出烂弱的自以为是了
另外别人给talk，后面问问题，一般都是针对人家讲的内容问问题，换成烂弱，烂弱就
"comments"一番，说：我现在做的这玩意怎么怎么样，你们应该pay attention啊

I made 200k as a first year quant right out of grad school way back when,
and I worked with some most brilliant mathematicians. Caltech, MIT, Hvrd,
Prstn top grads.
and to become a 300k making full prof, what I have to do? minimum 2 year's
postdoc, when I make 50k a year; 3 years ass prof, when I make, you said,
