11月10日消息，日前工信部召开了江泽民《新时期我国信息技术产业的发展》文章发表
座谈会，文章指出，在宽带无线技术领域，我国应十分重视3G技术的演进，加强TD-LTE
等3G后续技术的研究。
江泽民在文章是这样分析的：“我国自主开发的TD-SCDMA第三代移动通信(3G)技术
已开始商用化，应十分重视其技术演进，及时把握下一代宽带无线网络技术发展的关键
时机，加强TD-LTE等后续技术的研究。”
关于发展模式，他希望：“积极打造产业链整体配套与运营共同发展的合作模式，
争取成为新一代移动通信标准提供更多的自主创新技术，取得技术和市场的双重优势，
注重低成本，低功耗和绿色环保，开发关键芯片、核心器件和多频多模多媒体终端等产
品，满足发展需要。”
这篇文章凝聚了江泽民同志多年来对信息技术产业发展的战略思考，是多年的经
验总结和智慧结晶，对新时期我国信息技术产业发展具有重要指导意义。

Is this the data rate of a cell tower (station) shared by all users in the
cell ? or is this the data rate for a user ?
Similar for LTE, on Wikipedia, it says its Downlink 326.4 (Mbit/s)

the end of the previous symbol, and is used to give a "settling time" to
allow for delay spread in propagation channel.
Does this meant that if the multipath delay is longer than 4.7 us, the LTE
system will suffer from significant inter symbol interference?
If no, what am I missing here?

CDAM或LTE中对convolutional encoder的throughtput要求最高是多少?编码一个比特需
要多少纳秒?CDAM或LTE还有那些速率?
比如802.11a中的最高速度:54Mbps:216 bits are needed to be processed in 4us,
so the throughput is: 18.5ns/bit.
我在做个多模式下通用的Viterbi decoder,可以支持802.11a和MBOA UWB,想把CDMA也加

用LG 自己的ROM, 死活不出LTE,
找了ringplus 客服也没用。几个week也解决不了问题。
后来刷了CM13, LTE就出来了。
看来是ROM的问题。但是我不知道问题在哪。

来不需要在2g/3g/lte之间切换所以更省电。我相信现下version的机子强制在votle下
