3月份美国房屋止赎数量大幅度增加。分析人士说，这一轮止赎主要由于失业造成，因
此更难解决。联邦政府有必要采取更为激进的房主救助措施。
房地产研究机构RealtyTrac星期四公布称，3月份美国进入丧失住房赎回权程序的房产
数量为36万7000处，比2月份猛增了百分之19，较去年同期增加了百分之8。
3月份房屋止赎的急剧增加导致今年第一季度美国止赎房产数量环比上升百分之7，年比
升高百分之16，达到创记录的93万2000处。这相当于目前美国每138处房产当中就有一
处进入止赎程序，其中包括违约通知、拍卖通知及银行收回房屋。
过去一年里，奥巴马政府试图通过“住房可支付调整计划”(HAMP)以及随后的多项补充
措施来遏制房屋止赎增加和房价下滑的趋势。这些措施的核心内容是向借贷机构提供补
贴，促使其调低面临止赎房主的每月还款本金额度，以及为近期失业的房主提供3到6个
月的房贷支付宽限等等。
