done on 9/16, it's always at the "acceptance" state?
"On August 11, 2010, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed
you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any
instructions on this notice. ......"
BTW, wife (primary) and husband applied for 485, EAD and AP all in the same
package.
Wife recevied two case numbers (485 and EAD), while husband only has one

我check LUD是 12/13.也就是说fax RFE Response之后case一直没有update
请问 是不是 fax之后材料在移民局没人管啊？这种情况该怎么办？
打电话给USCIS，他们说查不到case的信息。

11/19 LG finger print
12/18 我fingerpring, 女儿没有biometric taken 通知。可是网上到现在还么有任何
更新,通常打完手指模的lud都没有。上次发信来问，得知一些xdjm和我一样么有更新，
不知道现在情况怎样了？
还有我这个申请过程早过了normal processing time， 问问大伙还有什么办法去翠绿？
