发帖数: 22800 | 1 小跑了6迈，这鞋太诡异了，穿上就忍不住要加速。本来想悠着点跑6迈，结果大概是7
分半的pace跑了6迈。跑完没啥感觉。。。我自己都给这鞋吓着了。以后要做啥
speedwork，tempo run我就上这鞋。明天我试试慢慢的joggin长点，这鞋子如何。
2010牛顿距离，穿上去的感觉
1）轻。
2）太透了。
3）质量糙，这原价120就是骗钱。
4）走路，格勒死，别想着不行留着走路穿，不行一定要退掉，走路太难受了。
5）跑起来，因为前脚的lug，让人不由自主的前倾，速度一下子上去了。
6）heel strike的别买。新人还在调整跑姿，纠结啥地方落地的也别买。
7）知道是前脚和平脚着地的，可以试试。
8）底厚，因为那个lug在脚底。和地面没有太大的感觉。不想730，VFF barefoot这类
鞋。
9）也是因为底厚，高，好像感觉容易扭脚踝如果路不平的话，所以，跑路不平的，也
不要买了。拿来跑山路是很不合适的。
10）鞋垫可以抽出来，这样给你半码的自由度。买大半码比较保险，如果按一般鞋码买
，感觉有点紧，可以抽出鞋垫来。
明天跑个长一点的，感觉一下有啥异样。大概差不多了。 |

发帖数: 22800 | 2 还是牛顿距离2010版，早上跑了个中长的。pace 9-10之间。这次是9号码的鞋，把鞋垫
抽掉了。
补充下感觉：
1）底，和altra instinct感觉很像，比pureconnet稍硬一点，远没有inov-8 155，233
之流的硬度。很不太bouncy，但是前倾感很强，跑起来水泥地上也不震脚。
2）走路，想穿了唱京剧的厚底鞋，诡异。但是跑起来就好了，底下的lug，就是那3个
在前脚掌的突起，跑动的时候感觉不大，没有啥格勒脚丫子的感觉。
3）这鞋底高，做转弯，尤其是180度，小于90度的，很不稳地，不像那些薄底鞋抓地很
捞，这个有点要扭你脚踝的感觉，所以做u turn的时候减速点。
4）直线裸跑，尤其是上坡，这鞋子真是爽死了，看到点啥大坡，脚上有这鞋子，我会
很有自信的加速冲，一般的鞋子我都是很猥琐地减速加步频减步长。
5）不知道耐磨不，估计也就300-500迈最多了，等那前脚底的lug磨差不多了，这鞋就
可以扔了。
6）这鞋让你愿意跑出速度来，不惜牺牲心率做代价。但是不要指望免费的速度，也就
是说，长距离里，你原本18迈撞墙，穿这鞋你一高兴跑得快了，心率上去了，能量早用

发帖数: 22634 | 5 简直像注定一样，今天中午俺去买 wheel stud（螺杆）和 lug nut
（螺帽）。因为 wheel stud 最里面看不见，所以俺还是多买点，
一口气买七个，但是 lug nut 俺只坏了一个（昨天晚上断的一个），
俺觉得没必要买那么多，稍微多买点就好了。俺想就买三个好了，结
果后来又拧断两个，正好总共需要三个。这么巧。
anyway，俺打算去买些 thread repair tool 了，以后碰到这种变态
的设计只能考虑经常去 repair thread，免得又锁死。烦死了，本来
换个轮子上的螺杆是个小事，经常外面 rotate 轮子的也难免会被别
人 abuse 一点的。
btw: 其实还是铁钢圈好，俺现在发现铝合金的好看不中用…………
按规定还需要 re-torque，还容易 warp。除了查刹车外边磨损情况
铝合金的容易多，不用拆轮子。 |

工具： JACK， JACK STAND, LUG WRENCH, SOCKET WRENCH, CLAMP
具体步骤参见http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=00E9B2CAC5037DD9
1. 用JACK把车支起来，然后用JACK STAND撑好
2. 用LUG WRENCH把轮胎拆下 （一般后备箱的底部有随车备好的WRENCH和SCISSOR JACK
）
3. 用SOCKET WRENCH把CALIPER松开，从ROTOR上移开，由于不能完全拆下，把它用绳子
固定到车身上，
4. 吧BRAKE PAD拆下，把需要润滑的地方重新上油。我在AMAZON买的BRAKE PADS，自己
带了润滑油。
5. 吧新的PAD装上
6. 打开BRAKE FLUID的盖子，用CLAMP把CALIPER上的用来压PADS的装备压回去
7. 吧CALIPER装回ROTOR，拧好螺丝
8. 装回轮胎
9. 所有BRAKE PADS换好，轮胎装回去以后， 吧BRAKE FLUID的盖子拧好

我的经历估计跟大多数版上的兄弟差不多，对枪的迷恋从男孩时代就开始了。
那个男银不爱枪。 小学三年级时，同班同学拿了一把逼真的古铜色的左轮玩具枪，那
真叫大伙眼馋死了。我家里条件不好，自己一向很节省，高中前平时没有划过零用钱的
。可那次，第一次动了心。我偷偷的把春节一位 亲戚给的压岁钱留了10元，去地摊买
了那把一样的枪。可真正拿到手以后，心里感到不都是快乐，更多的是自责。当然家里
马上就发现了，后来找去那小贩想退未果，肉痛啊，那时候可是八十年代，10元钱钢钢
的。小孩子不懂事啊。
来美国以后，比较轻松的博士生前两年，让我有机会第一次enojy my life. 喜欢上了
玩counter strike。
经常做完实验回来，会沉浸于其中一两个小时。先是和自己几个哥们相互厮杀，后来到

carbon deposit.
rev the engine doesn't hurt it: the damn thing is designed
to be rev'd. Redlining the engine does hurt it tho.
if you always run the engine at close to redline rpm, you
can cause excessive enginer wear and gas mileage suffers.
my normal shift point is 30mph/50mph/65mph.
in a spirited drive, it is 35mph/65mph/75mph. on the
highway, i usually cruise in 5th, and pass in 4th or 3rd. |

唯一一个引擎没废的。
不如果他们换轮胎时“顺便”帮你 "FREE" 检查了一
下刹车（也就是说动了你的wheel bearing） 你最好还是找个小车铺帮你看一眼那
bearing有没有锁好（是外面一棵叫lug nuts的螺丝，不能太紧，不能太松，要敲上牙
口固定才行）大概5分钟的活吧，应该不要钱的，或者给他10块钱吧。
不要说我危言耸听，亲身经历！差点没命了。我倒是无所谓，可在高速上轴废的时候
LP当时可是坐在我旁边呢。
对不住板主了，有灌水嫌疑，主要是一看见firestone这名字就气不打一处来，见一

发帖数: 142 | 31 从早上9点开始，一直到天黑了以后一半个小时（7:00pm)，累了个半死，
还是没有搞定timing belt。55555555555555555555
本来一切顺利，拆除三个皮带，都很正常。就是alternator的mounting bolts，
比较顽固，用上了breaker bar + WD40等了半个小时就下来了。眼看就要到
timing belt了，发现自己犯了一个非常大的错误。把lower timing belt cover
想错了。manual上面画的是有一个小缺口，俺觉得应该可以不用拆
crankshaft pulley就可以弄下来了。但是实际上那个地方根本就没有什么缺口，
估计manual上面的图解，省略了那一点。:(
结果等俺把engine mount都拆下来了，valve cover也打开了，才发现没有办法
绕过crankshaft pulley。结果只能硬着头皮去拆这个东东。标称的torque应该是
83 lbs*ft和轮子的lug nuts相近，但是结果证明，这个东西的torque绝对上了
150 lbs*ft。按照haynes的说法，让LD用一个大螺丝刀按着f |

1. loosen Axle hub Nut ( A 137 ft-lb Nut, breaker bar of course ) ( see break

2. loosen 5 lug nuts ( 76 ft-lb Nut )
3. Jack car safely and remove driver side wheel.( see three points jack pic )
4. Loosen the six nuts holding the driveshaft to the differential side gear
shaft
( six 48 ft-lb hex screws )
5. Separate the steering knuckle from the lower ball joint.
( Two 83 ft-lb Nuts )
6. Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuck |

^^^^^this is easy to do.......tighten it as much as u could.
mount tire on...lower it slightly so the tire just contact the ground...
THEN tighten it...until it seats. hehe. :P
Oh...I need to give a note for all those who change bolt stud by
themselves...CHECK the lug nuts, after 1-2 week driving. Make sure
the stud seats properly. It needs some time to break in too. |

要散架似的，忍无可忍，卸下轮子发现左边Outer Tie Rod接轮子处的Seal已经开了花
。只好换啦。
这个Tie Rod End,就是下面这东西。
零件很便宜，我从Autozone买的Duralast杂牌的才$11.99.
工具：
1. Floor Jack & stands, and wheel chocks
2. Cross Bar Lug nut wrench
3. 3/4" Good Combination Wrench and a 19mm Crappy Combination Wrench
4. 19mm Socket, 1/2" Rachet and Breakbar
5. A couple pliers
6. Tie Rod Seperator
7. 16 oz Hammer
8. 20 Pound Dumb Bell
9. 21mm deep Socket, 1/2" Torque Wrench

YOu should consider to change some of those fluids.
- Inspect any fluid leakage
- Engine Belt
- Brake lines, brake pad/rotor
- Under-body lubrication inspection (CV Joints, transfer case, etc.)
- Tires (pressure, lug tightness)
- Battery and electric system (lights, etc.) |

reply to some ID from upstairs: I have couple of unhappy----- even shit
experiences from dealers.
For example, once time the guy working there did not tighten one of the lug
nuts on front wheel.
Another guy did not tighten the power steer fluid cap after uncover it for
routine check.
One f**king black guy did not inflate the tire to correct pressure after
releasing it----for some f**king unknown reason, but I never ask him to
check the tire pressure...

发帖数: 2896 | 37 耗时一个半小时（表笑我），主要时间花在撑车上。自己换油以后感觉7500 mile换一
次全合成，一年也撑不了两次，实在没必要买floor jack。
花费共计69$：
lug wrench 12$
grease gun 12$
3x 3 oz grease 6$
tie rod end 20$+tax
tie rod end puller 15$+tax
其中仅tie rod end和3oz grease用掉了。相当于24$，其他工具就归我了，嘿嘿。几年
前在修车铺换过另一边的，150$ for parts and labor。
过程和 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zv5zpAsn2FE 里的差不多，就不多说了。其中用puller还是没有想象的顺利，要把puller的螺丝拧很紧tie rod end才能拔出来，害得我拧上-松开了几次，以为自己哪里弄错了。
换过之后药到病除，转方向盘不响了。方向盘好像轻了一点，也许是心理作用。拆下来
的原厂球头看起来一点也没坏，就是油干了。外球头离刹车近，经常受热，而且风吹雨
淋的，13年油也该干了。换上的新球头是gre |
