重要的是诊断中的用词bulge和herniation. No herniation是个好事，说明有突出变形
(bulging)，椎间盘里的物质还没有脱落出来(herniated). 具体要结合临床症状来处理。

发帖数: 13236 | 41 究其原因，待我细细道来：昨日无聊，出门试了一把叉5，无知小儿给了个50i顶配
2014 M-sport，MSRP 8.2w刀，感受：
1）你妈新款X5真丑，就连备受THR大叔诟病的MDX上都看不出的丑在X5上竞显无遗。远
看起来就是个minivan，臃肿拖沓。
2）动力真是nnd的强，地板油的时候车头上翘一点，推背感十足，油耗达到高速22，可
惜凤凰男大叔偶是不会入这么贵这么强悍的版本的，35i足以。
3）内饰bling bling，肯定没老黑专用的卡迪拉格bling但是也不错了，可以随意更换
内饰灯的色调，红脖大叔我表示无感，女生或许喜欢。
4）所有的包裹里面，第二排座热屁股功能、surround view（趴车神器）功能和lane
assistance功能不错，但是发动机自动停止和踩刹车自动停止功能比较confusing。
5）倒车摄像头等功能现在都普及了，但是往往普及了gps大家都不会看地图了，有了盲
点探测大家都不shoulder check了，典型的技术进步、能力退步。。。
6）BMW抓地不错，这么大的车子开起来一点都不觉得不方便，指向精确，自信。
