从lumber liquidator拿的sample，尺寸都一样的。我就打开了一盒子，里面颜色最浅
的一块也比lumber liquidator的深。也不知道是不是变色的原因，听说巴西cherry会
变色。觉得这个红色真漂亮啊，很喜欢呢。
但是有一点提醒MM一下，lumber liquidator的那块我用手指盖划不出痕迹来，可是
homedepot的这批我能划出痕迹呢。所以应该不如lumber liquidator的硬。质量很好，
木板都很直很平，一整盒没有发现有缺陷的。还算满意:)
最近忙别的暂时顾不上地面，所以估计得过一段时间才能开始铺。 |

Lows /HD 就可以买新门， 新门带所有的hardware 和 guilds. 最好买个insulated门
, 贵个$100刀左右， 将来，车库内要舒服好多。
貌似车库内墙没有装jamb, H型木框，guilds不可以直接装在sheetrock上， 装在jamb
上， jamb需要用southern yellow pine lumber， 普通的white/red pine不够结实。
一般的treated lumber就是southern yellow pine，因为treated 太湿， 可以先装上
， 半年后，干燥后才可以paint。treated lumber有重金属，不要用舌头舔lumber。买
的新门， 应该带详细的安装说明。
安装时。需laser level, ~ $50， 射出水平/垂直的激光线。

mode through table saw blade? Miter guild on a table saw is very short and
can only hold short lumber. You can not move long lumber with it.

也明确地说这是不符合美国的标准的. 要符合标准的地板可以,完全没问题, 价格不是

you get that product. The Lumber Liquidator said, alright, we pay you this,

开我现在这个minivan，跟以前的94 Sable Station Wagon对比，感觉也就是各有千秋。
minivan空间是比st wagon大不少，但是比较方，而且放东西多了总得把中排座fold起
来（我知道grand caravan是可以收起来的。。。），当然st wagon也要放倒后排座。
。。。。但是感觉minivan空间的长度不如st wagon，比如我以前买一些12ft的framing
lumber，st wagon放起来没问题，最多把tailgate的窗户开着随便跑，可是minivan就
放不进去，害得我现在都不敢买12ft的只能买10ft的；可是就算这个10ft也很郁闷，必
须架在仪表盘上面，这样买少了还好，买多了就看不到后视镜。。。。
另外就是买drywall，肯定是要放顶上的，里面都放不下，但是st wagon比minivan矮很

我的workbench高度是36''，桌面的尺寸是24''x72''。本来桌面我计划做更宽的，但是后来考虑到可能要隔着workbench去取挂在墙上的工具，就决定做窄一点。桌腿用的是4x4 lumber，Frame用的是2x4 lumber。桌面用的是两层3/4''的plywood（因为plywood偏软，正在考虑在上面再加一层hardwood）。Frame和桌腿的连接用的是1/4'' lag bolt和 #10x3'' wood screw。上张图吧： |

小时的样子做完。
是后来考虑到可能要隔着workbench去取挂在墙上的工具，就决定做窄一点。桌腿用的

(1) 做成lumber.但你自己没机器,做不了. 你只有一根, Lumber yard 也不要.
(2) 切成小块在户外烧 (fire pit),千万别在家里的fireplace 或wood stove里烧. |

如果这样是不是就不用嘲笑像我这样怕石棉的了？石棉进入肺里怎么说也是看得见摸得着的。可是treated lumber现在不是已经不含砒霜了么。 |
