inspector说阁楼有可以黑点，然后买方找了专门去除mold的公司报价，他们为了做生
意当然说lumberyard mold也需要除了，出了个一千多的quote，买方拿来索要credit，
请问这个要求合理吗？该如何应对？ |

发帖数: 198 | 11 lowes/HD的木头质量不好，价格也贵。楼主应该到lumberyard去买木头，自己到google
或者craigslist搜一下应该能找到。这个不同的地方不一样，别人没法给你推荐。
只不过做木工是一项昂贵的hobby，自己做家具不省钱，你的前期投资需要做很多很多
的高档的家具才能break even。所以如果不是真正对做木工有兴趣的话，还是去买比较
合算。 |
