亮度有点低，跟我的TLR3差不多。另外这个电池寿命有点短了，不过compact都不太好

，主要集中在中间，周围有个光晕就好了。

发帖数: 1582 | 17 恢复：比赛完很难走动，膝盖要么弯曲，要么伸直，从弯曲到伸直的过程是最疼的，晚
上睡觉的时候疼的嗷嗷叫，害怕影响肾脏，没吃止疼药。第二天跟第一天类似，但是右
膝明显好转，上下车需柱拐，可以轻微走动，开了300公里的车。晚上明显好转，睡了
个安稳觉。第三天可以一颠一颠的走动，右膝完全正常，左膝还是会疼。第四，五天，
走路基本正常，左膝还是会疼。估计1-2周以后就可以慢跑了。恢复比较快跟跟速度慢
，用hoka鞋，拐杖 都有关系。
设备评测
310xt,这次采取的是在aid station 休息的时候同时充电的方式，共充了3次，用了大
约25小时，记录了145公里。没有用心率计，主要看平均速度。310xt没电以后，因为身
体疼痛，心里就会不自觉的有点放松，对自己pushed 不够狠。将来考虑fenix,可以50
小时。

目标，根据50mile 11:45的成绩， 100mile 大概应该是30小时左右，定的目标是28小
时不受伤完成，结果实际完成时间是29小时49分41秒。
训练：因为今年多伦多冬天雨雪时间长，平均训练每周50公里左右，最高周也只有100
公里，最长单次跑过30公里左右，比赛前狂看一些low mileage 训练跑 100mile 的介
绍，给自己打气。事实证明，训练还是太少，当天比赛的量要超过我三周训练的量，还
有就是长距离训练太短，上下
坡训练太少。比赛的时候虽然采用走跑结合的策略，但是50mile以后膝盖，韧带，肌肉
还是明显
酸痛。
营养：比赛前的营养是明显的营养过剩，我不会是100miler最重的，但应该是体脂最高
的，本来计划至少减到140磅的，比赛的时候估计150磅还要多。50miler里面还可以看
到一些胖子，但是100miler里面基本上都是瘦子，而且小腿也很细。
比赛时的营养是没有问题，我没有吃任何的gel,bar,盐片，电解质胶囊，coke,主要吃

也是问题。我买过几个主要是晚上骑车用， 我买过一个 T6， 三个T6， 还有7个T6的
三个不同头灯。发现从1到3到 7的亮度有增加但是不特别明显， 亮度大概是1：2：3/4
左右。但是7个T6 太沉，而且耗电非常厉害。 所以我就把它卖了。1跟3的话，其实我
现在也主要是用1，轻一些，省电，而且光的投射距离没差别，唯一的区别是两个副灯
照的环境更亮一些。四节18650，一个T6可以支撑3个小时左右。 |

虽然Acer这个resolution比epson低一点，不过玩wii已经足够了。因为wii的

无意间觉得好玩，把猫猫放在扫描仪上扫了一下，不想却引来很多莫名奇妙的指责。很多人在搞不清楚的情况下指责我虐猫。
不过其中还是有很多中肯的意见。对我来说，扫描猫猫就跟用照相机照猫猫是一样的。
因为我很确定是无害的。虽然有人列出英文说明指责说我怎么确定是无害的。但是你又能确定多少东西是无害。难道你每天对着电脑就无害了，猫粮狗粮就完全安全么？！
感觉有点像古代人看到照相机闪光灯就觉得灵魂就出窍一样。
最让人不解的是，版务发信来说他先mark了觉得有害然后又觉得mark有鼓励意义又取消了。我觉得我这个帖子也有点科普的意味了，为什么不值得mark？
好了，暂时这么多。

在考虑换大电视或者projector
也就是日常看看pplive之类的用处，基本不看电视
不过就算看电视也可以卖个外接tuner到笔记本上看吧？
如果要projector的话，预算在700-900刀左右
这个价位应该是720p的吧，好象也有cheap 1080p在这个范围
现在住apt，最好能有一定范围的lens shift
如果有1.2或者1.5的zoom就更好了
不怎么看3D，有没有3D都无所谓
如果是DLP的，3-chip DLP当然更好，不过这个价位的有3 chip DLP的吗？
看Benq W710st， W1000都在这个范围，review还不错
Optoma HD20是1080p的，review也不错
不过HD20没有lens shift，亮度不怎样，标称1700 lumens，实测900+ lumens
还有review说他的rainbow artifacts比较明显。。。 |

It's not a phd job, but need 5 years experience.
For example, to design a LED lamp, what you need to know are like:
application, lumen, lumen per watt, preffered color temperature, scattering
pattern, how to dim it, how to diverse it, what kind of matrix, how many
leds, how to drive them, any sensors? standards to meet? UL? energy star?
Thermal? Derating curve? life expectation? what the competents are doing?

那个biopatch， blue to the sky，（不过这个东西有新产品出来了，不在有单独的
biopatch，而是在那个dressing 上面自带的一种jelly样的东西）stat lock，然后
transparent dressing。严格无菌操作，护士带口罩，病人头偏向另一边或者带口罩。
flush： 10ml NS every 8hrs，有的地方用heparin 10units lock，也是every 8hrs
blood draw： 先flush10ml NS，然后回抽，扔掉10ml血，再收集标本，最后再flush
20ml。
每次要用picc时，那个hub要用酒精patch 用力的rub 20 seconds。
remove picc：每个picc 放进去的时候都有个记载，放了几个cm进去了，外面留了几个
cm，总长度几个cm，tip是不是trim 过。这个在病人的chart里头有，或者有的floor有
