比如我基本很少用到，从来不失败。
筛子应该不是大问题。如果面粉受潮特别lumpy用叉子压碎
打发，如果是hand mixer大家都反映一上来就从头到尾高速打，没问题的
如果stand mixer，我自己的经验上来先低速，不然糖会甩的到处都是。但是不影响成败
。
关于蛋白里面到底多少糖的问题昨天晚上苦读了一晚上书，如果是做单独烤的meringue
之类，糖不够会引起蛋白干涩不挺刮，但是因为我们做蛋糕横竖都会加到其他材料一起
烤，我不认为蛋白里面多少糖会有特别大的影响。
我没有经常在蛋白里面不放糖，但是放的都很少，从来没失败过。
lz你低速10分钟肯定是没打发够。如果不敢把盆倒扣在头顶，就里面正中心插一根干净
筷子，不倒则成功。

，发现是可能是视网膜肿瘤。昨天医院CT和MRI的结果出来，确诊是Trilateral
retinoblastoma。小孩的父母非常着急，希望能够保住小孩的眼睛。请大家给出宝贵意
见。
由于这里国内的专家比较多，也有很多已经成功的当上了美国的医生，因此到这里来希
望能够得到一些指导意见。小孩的父母经济条件尚可，如果需要到美国来治疗的话，也

发帖数: 83 | 18 宝宝的舌头在使劲伸出来的时候，舌尖从圆形变成了中间分成两瓣，好像一个浅浅的心
形，或是m形。
一直觉得挺可爱的。都九个月了。身高85% 体重95%.最近一查才发现有可能是 tongue
tied. 可是他的舌头可以伸过嘴唇，没有发现有什么异常。只是吃不了lumpy 的baby
food. 容易呕出来。五个月会叫妈妈，嘴里很爱叨咕。
我是混合胸喂和瓶喂，他吃奶也没问题。已经约了耳鼻喉专家。想上来问问有每有别的
宝宝也有类似情况的。
p.s. 我仔细观察自己的舌尖，发现也有很浅的心形。希望宝宝只是天生长成这样，不
要真的是tongue tied. |

体重22 lb 8oz, 体重在这个周围浮动已经好久了，量过23lb几次，最近又瘦了。
头围18 inch
医生的意思都是above average, she is gaining weight（跟6个月的相比）, 没啥好
说的。
测了hemoglobin, 11.3的样子，医生的意思，正常，也没啥好说的。
然后医生问还胸喂么，说是，给维生素么，吃food的么？给，吃，那也就没啥好说的。
（检讨一下，我们家维生素给的是有一顿没一顿的，以后注意。对医生说food还是就吃
点糊糊，医生表示可以）
再后医生问会爬么，说还不会，医生问那会坐么，说会，又pass.
医生又问东西会one hand pass to another hand, 晕，您6个月的时候就问过这个拉。
说会，继续pass.
问晚上睡不睡整觉，答夜里醒来好几次，问多经常，答depends. 老爸在旁边赶紧说前
两周闹牙，醒来多次，医生表示如果还这样，可以给泰诺。

另外我发现吃了卵磷脂比较容易把硬块揉通。

颠一颠得。雪也很脏，倒不是因为风尘大，是因为前段时间火山爆发，到处都懵了一层
火山灰，后来下了新雪掩盖了一些，可是人一滑，机器一groom，灰就翻出来了。

发帖数: 484 | 34 我也有结节，摸上去像是可以移动的肿块，但是边缘不太明显。我自己觉得是增生，但
是美国这边良性的通常划分为两类，fibroadenoma（纤维瘤）或者fibrocystic（囊肿
），很难找到关于增生的描述。先去看了家庭医生，怀疑为纤维瘤，推荐去看
ultrasound，没有发现任何东西，再转去surgeon，他判断可能是纤维瘤，手术不手术
看自己的anxiety level。看了一圈，基本上没有得到任何结果，也不知道硬块到底是
啥。因为现在想要小孩了，觉得这个不能再拖，换了家庭医生重新看。这次也是先安排
了超声波，操作的technician总共给我照了10来分钟，与上次一样，超声波除了breast
fiber啥也没有。我表示既然摸到有硬块就应该能照到，并把以前surgeon的诊断给她
看，她可能拿不准，叫来了radiologist。医生来了之后，给我做了physical check，
说乳房不一定都是smooth和even的，有些是lumpy，他又给我做ultrasound，给我在屏
幕讲解。他说你实在不放心我可以安排你再照一个x光，但是你太年轻我只让你照单侧

蓝莓是个好东西啊! 尤其是野生种，拥有抗氧化的功能，可以减低癌症发生的机
会，还对于脑功能退化的抑制有强烈影响。
名医李时珍年轻时有患眼疾，偶感目涩，视物不清。后采药经鞑靼(今蒙古北部)
