在中午，和VP的lunch inteview，小弟第一次遇到这样的面试，请教一下如何应付和VP
的lunch interview，这种面试，一般会问什么样的问题，我应该注意哪些问题，请有
经验的哥们指教一二。
(相关信息：公司不太大，该VP是business analyst出身的精算师，估计也是管技术的
。 我本人从未从事过保险，之前statistician数年）。

M，A的lunch interview要问问题，讨论技术，所以很头疼，通常无心吃饭，一心讨好

在linkedin上认识了一校友（欧洲某小校），西班牙人，某公司北美financial vp，之前在欧洲、巴西、中国做过financial director。我没想到他那么热情（估计是那学校在美国没有
多少校友的），先发来电话号码，说可以跟他电话chat。后来知道我过些天刚好在他公
司的那个城市，就让他的assistant安排我跟他午餐。
BTW, 他们公司在我跟他lunch后的第二天要到我们学校参加career fair，可是他们公
司跟学校说的是校园招聘不sponsor H1B的。
呃，头疼ing～～～

路线： 从山底开始,完成第一个爬升(6迈)下坡到公园门口. 掉头原路返回山脚. 从新
开始爬,如此反复,爱爬多少爬多少次Hill Repeats. 这样不管各人能力如何,大家都可
以在路上一起”反复”见面. 不至于发生”hi and bye”的现象.不管骑多少个repeats
, 所有人员都要在中午12点返回山脚停车处.
午饭：

最近两周在lunch hour去公司的gym锻炼，请教一下各位Lunch hour锻炼的达人么怎么
安排吃中饭的。
我中午运动一般包括：
treadmill 30 分钟 2.5mile
stretch 5 分钟
machine lap 还有推的那个器械 10 分钟
再加上去gym回office乱七八糟 几乎就一个小时了。
（呵呵，我的水平比较低，所以这个强度对我而言还是比较大的了）
回到办公室，前几天我都是先休息5分钟，然后一边干活一边吃饭。结果吃完了胃就很
疼，像有针在顶着。这几天，我多休息一会，等过了一个小时再吃饭，胃还是疼。我自
己感觉我吃得比较感，总怕老板来找我。
如果中午不锻炼的话，吃饭的时候是不会胃疼的。
所以想问问各位中午锻炼后要等多久吃中饭呢，吃什么有什么讲究么？真怕把胃给伤了。
