是不要将你的米饭倒在水池里面.一看就是用google translation弄得,所以写得很别扭
的中文.
可能是水管老是有点堵,那些人觉得是中国人吃米饭,剩饭倒到水池里面弄得,故意恶心
我们.我从来没干过的说,再说也不是只有中国人吃米饭. 我觉得他们这样做不是很合适.

发帖数: 1235 | 39 菜鸟偶和几个牛同事今天lunch break的时候一起骑了附近的一条上山的公路. 从山脚
的parking lot到山上的parking lot, 大约4.5迈, 爬升~1600尺.
偶一路气喘如牛, 汗如雨下, 牛人还常常slow down来等我, 介绍旁边的XC trail. 一
路歇了两次, 到了过3迈的地方, running out of steam, rolling downhill. 从
google earth量, 到我歇菜的地方3.1迈, 1200尺爬升. 耗时刚好不到40分钟.
以后的bike ride training就是它了.
常在版上潜水, 很有帮助. 对了, 偶用上了clipless, :-) |

公司旁边就是Santa Ana river,有条TRAIL沿河直通太平洋,公司不少同事都中午去骑一
圈,
车版有两个牛人也去骑过,俄在此工作经年却没有去跑过,人生不完美。
今天天气暖和却不炎热，太阳半掩在白云后面，正是跑步的好日子，俄换了短打扮，
FANNYBAG装瓶水，可惜ON CALL，还得带上个BB，最重要带上小小相机一个,跑步的同时
还兼旅游。
可惜相机在公司没办法连上，只好随便拿几张混一下。
少少伸展一下，出发，Santa Ana river 是一条人工运河。是这样的。
当年终结者2就在这里拍的追车一段。
向西跑不多久，河床开始堆积沙子，有个沙石公司专门疏通河道，顺便卖沙子，可见这
个资源取之不尽。河床郁积起来，长起了植物，还有水鸟栖息，俨然一个小LAGOON。 |

的long run switch. 这样 1)可以有体力参加周日在Mount Diablo的Rim2Rim training
hike.2)每次跑到这里的2 mile mark就回去，想知道前面0 mile mark的风景。于是继
续到3街进入San Mateo (from Foster city),然后跑回来。
时间: 11:40am to 2:30pm. a huge lunch break.只能偶尔为之，还是要以工作为重，
heh heh.
