“我的奋斗”第一部是希特勒1924年在狱中写成的，出狱后完成第二
部。1930年“我的奋斗”以两大册式出版，版面为15.3厘米宽，22.8
厘米长，每套售价12马克。同年又推出了一个合订本大众版，版面如
一般圣经大小，为12厘米宽，18.9厘米长，每套售价8马克。希特勒
上台后（1933年1月30日希特勒上台执政），从1933年2月到12月31日
，该书共出售了150万册。到1939年，发行量达到545万册，1942年总
计发行845万册，1943年的数字为984万册。（参看：Werner Maser,
“Adolf Hitlers Mein Kampf”, Bechtle, Esslingen 1995, 第35
页）截至到1945年，“我的奋斗”被译为16种语言，原作与译本共计

Fry's has a 16gb Polaroid Micro SDHC Class 2 Card for $12.99 after $30
rebate. Shows out of stock for delivery, but was available for pickup at my
local B&M. Been looking for one of these for a while, and haven't seen
anything this good. If you missed the recent front page SanDisk deal, this
is almost 10 bucks cheaper. However, you have to deal with the rebate.
Obviously Class 2 is not the best, but for a phone it should be more than
fine.
