中共十八大的中心话题是改革，有学者称是“重启改革”。自从中共十一届三中全
会打出“改革开放”旗号，已持续了30多年的改革成就很大，中国经济高速发展，在全
世界已是“坐二望一”。但政治社会等方面积累的问题也日渐增多，许多矛盾已近临界
点，执政党自身腐败冗散等问题严重，胡锦涛总书记在十八大上坦陈“有亡党亡国的危
险”。改革必须继续，不改革没有出路！在2012年11月21日召开的国务院全国综合配套
改革试点工作座谈会上，内定新总理李克强声言：“改革是中国最大的红利”。媒体概
括李总理讲话的核心，若用两个字那就是“改革”；用四个字无疑是“改革、改革”；
若用六个字概括便是：“改革、改革、改革”。

一、本人有篇文章说，经过反思，美国转基因技术发展已经转换方向，譬如从DNA-水平
转向RNA-水平，转向尊重天然和服从自然的框架下发展。新华社摘录发表为“美国全面
反思转基因技术”说法。
就此，来自方舟子网页的文章指控说“美国不会全面反思”；还说，说美国“开始转向
和全面反思”是“谣言”云云。--- 本人不得不再说，方舟子一无业人员，总好把自己
