They are like new!! Modern and luxury European style. The only reason I want
to sell is because there is not enough room in my new place. The similar
style of coffee table would easily cost more than $1000 in luxury store. The
bar table is ideal for relaxing with great wines.

发帖数: 1649 | 18 从绝对值上看，面积小的HOA便宜，这没错。但是小面积的房子住的人少，也不方便 待
客，更不能在家里开party，所以住小户型的话，实际上自己用到那些配套设施的机会
要比住大户型的人少。（会议室之类的用的人多的肯定用之前要预约，用完要打扫，人
少的话就不值得这些麻烦了。）光是请客聚会的话，次次跑去五楼搞得很正式，是很累
人的。
而且正因为小户型和大户型同样使用公共空间，所以从百分比上看，小面积户型的HOA
和面积比，应该是最高的。这个有人称为premium，等于说要拥有同样面积的房间，小
户型要比大户型的成本高。
至于其他的设施，好点的TH小区都会有的。 总之不划算。
除非楼主确实钱多，没什么其他用处，想要满足一下luxury 情节，这样的话就没问题
了。——当然要享受luxury的话生活的其他方面也要水涨船高的哦。

8: 91 Sideny
我搜集到的情况是，有些所谓的luxury apartment外表很不错，但内部很差，比如
（1）墙很薄隔音不好 （2）heating的声音很大，或者中央空题有异味（3）小孩子
在泳池大吵大叫，在公寓内到处乱跑。（4）管理很差 (5) 房间里面的干衣机温度不
够，烘干不了衣服。
很担心出现以上情况，有住过以上地方的朋友能不能讲讲review？

It said that Lexus LS is good at everything except one thing: You don't feel
the road like you feel as BMW. With BMW, you can feel the road, with Lexus,

It's just funny to me. I thought feel nothing is good, as it makes you more
comfortable. Luxury car supposed to feel nothing.
I avoid BMW many times because the suspension makes me "feel" the road. I

有30K左右的话,可以考虑一下.
不过CC后座只有两个座位,很宽敞奢侈,如果想坐5个人的话,就不行了.
新PASSAT快出来了,看看定价怎么样吧.不过样子没原来的漂亮. |
