章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话

2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话

yesterday. No operation was suggested because cancer has spread to her
lymphatic system. LD came to US 8 years and has never gone back these years.

如果腿没有知觉或者不会动，还可能是Tetanus。
Blood work不错，但是这么小的猫，还有这么多flea，够呛有足够的血给你做的。
最直接，FNA，抽一点液体，显微镜检验下是什么。
只有一条腿种，还能动的话，有可能是外伤或者什么咬伤，看看有没有明显的红肿点和
伤口。
我估计也会先上两种抗生素，如果很疼的话，止痛药或者fentanyl patch也可以试试。
比笨爹还薄的纸谈兵。

我也不是专家，专家都在讨论Cui J和内幕，我贡献一下自己的2 cents。
你的staining 肯定有问题。Lyve1只表达在lymphatic endothelium上，不在
macrophage上表达。你如果把图贴出来，可能大家还能帮助你。没有图，我只能猜测有
2个可能：
1）你的F4/80antibody不好。F4/80 antibody有2个clone，一个是CI:A3-1，一个是BM8
。8M8 fix的条件比较tricky，不容易在section 上stain，FACS很好用。如果你用的是
8M8，建议改用CI:A3-1，或者仔细摸一下tissue fixation的时间。Lyve1只有一个
clone （ALY7 ），很亮也很好用。
2）即使你用错了F4/80的antibody，也不应该2个antibody co－localize，LN section

不变应万变
对于难题要做到镇静，想想我不会的题目，多数人也未必会，镇静，镇静！镇静下来之
后才能慢慢寻找解题思路，难题的难点在于，题目信息不熟悉，备选答案内容不熟悉，
不要慌，想一想，出题者的思路在哪里，用自己熟悉的知识点去解决不熟悉的信息，这
就是apply的过程，比如genetic的题目。以不变应万变。
对于不会的题目，不要粘题，没有思路，跳过去，回头再想。有时是瞬时block out一
叶障目，后头再看的时候会发现豁然开朗。不值得浪费太多时间在一道题目上面。
关于排除法的应用，首先排除自己熟悉的选项，再排除自己不熟悉的选项，如果自己熟
悉的选项不能排除，怎么能排除自己根本看不懂的选项。解决方案：如果最后自己熟悉
的选项不能排除，还是选择自己熟悉的选项。因为太超范围，太偏太远的东西考的可能
性毕竟比较小，较大点的可能是可能是自己熟悉的，但是自己没有做到很好的apply或
