打算找城外一居，或与人合住的房子，只要交通便利，每天可以顺利上下学就可。我俩
打算8月中下旬入住。
当然如果有城里的再老公学校附近比较安全的社区也很好，谢谢回复。

之前LYNNEWOOD GARDENS LEASING CENTER谈签房子的合约
STAFF A说学生有10%的优惠，第二年第三年也有，只要是学生，等我们交了定金以后，
第二天找他们要他们写下文书做证明，他们就否认了，还一副死猪不怕开水烫的样子：
要租就租，不租拉到
还把我们凉在那里半天
什么态度啊
之前也听说过LEASING CENTER那帮人很坏，说话做事都不一致，欺诈什么的，说过的又
不承认
还可以找出各种理由各种借口来否认当时的承诺，感情我之前跟你谈的都白谈了，你就
是骗我签约，完了以后啥都不承认了。
今天算是领教了，以前还不相信，就连去谈签约的那天还很替别人着想，相信人家的诚
信和专业精神（真TM傻啊）
暂且不说钱的问题，这个做法实在是太欺负人了吧
还有很多罪状，就不一一赘述了
管理太差劲，毫无专业素质可言啊
大家说怎么办哪？

那里年费15刀，室内场地还不错，不过要需要住在elkins park才允许用 |

还有ambler校区比较安全，也有去主校区的车，就是有点远
