neutral的好了，lyte/cumulus什么的适合大多数人。版上现在流行neutral鞋，那些外
/内翻的鞋弄不好的话，伤害比受益大，Lyte 3就是neutral的。
或者不是鞋的问题的话，你就的问问自己了，跑姿/腿部肌肉/路面，等等都可能影响 |

首先解释一下自己的背景和找工作的目标。本人烂校CS Ph.D.毕业，Ph.D.期间无工作经验，无Intern经验。目标是在local找一份工作，不求A,M,G，不求高薪，只要能给offer给办H1B就行。
先说说找工作的过程吧：2010年11月开始断断续续的看CRLS。虽然以前上过数据结构和
算法课，不过都快忘光了，基本上是从头学一遍。2011年1月底投出第一份简历。上周
拿到一个offer。还有一个onsite结束后面试官说我是目前的candidate里最好的，很可
能会给offer，但是要等到下周中才有结果。
第一个公司催的紧，而且地理位置很理想，也是我想要的职位，打算从了。花了一个半
月找工作，终于可以划下句号了。
以菜鸟的状态进入本版，这期间得到了版上的很多帮助和
BLESS。谢谢！

发帖数: 416 | 8 这是我的第一次全马。第一次半马（去年的SJ R&R）以后，一直准备跑全马，但后来膝
盖疼，就歇了。三月底感觉好了不少，后来就报了SFM。跑前我的主要目标是跑完全程
不受伤， 时间在3：50以内（状态好争取3:40以内）。结果是顺利达到目标：3:33。以
下是流水帐，附图有305每英里的详细报告。
跑前一直纠结该用什么跑鞋。新买的Cumulus 12 跑完后老是足弓内侧疼。去鞋店一测
，说我足弓偏高。但根据跑步姿势，又是该穿Stability的鞋。之前LR我一直穿NB993（
完全是无意识买的）, 超过16Mile脚趾头必长水泡，但脚弓没事。想了想，又再试了试
Cumulus, 还是决定穿NB993。毕竟水泡事小，脚弓受伤就后患无穷了。公欲善其事，必
先利其器。下次跑全马前一定要找到一双合适的跑鞋。
跑前头一天比较激动，老怕忘了东西。一点多才睡着，三点过几分就醒了。上的三点半
的闹钟完全没用。5点不到到了SF并停了车。5:52，Ryanflower陪我跟着Wave4出发，路
上超过以LHR陪跑的foolsgold和Cives 。 跑过上桥的坡后，我觉得右大腿有点tight，

我是不行。
这鞋第二代好很多，上两个问题都解决了，感觉跟一代完全不一样，我买了。这个lyte
系列跟其他asics的一个明显区别就是没有那个硬杯子似的后梆，轻快很多。
不过我觉得asics普遍有quality control问题，也许是我的脚比较敏感，总觉得他家的
鞋不平。试过几双CUMULUS，NEO33，都磨前脚掌，退了。这个LYTE2前掌很舒服可是左
脚磨后跟，走路别扭。跑起来用MIDFOOT LANDING，就忍了。 |

的gt2000，每天走路比较多，每天膝盖都疼，以为是走路太多了没有在意。
然后前天开始晨跑，跑得挺慢平均速度7左右，也只跑5公里左右，前天穿的gt2000，跑
完膝盖疼了一天。今天穿复古鞋lyte III反而感觉挺好。

忽然很躁，想掙脫下地，按都按不住。想到他可能是想pee，馬上請護士拿個litter
box來。果真一見到就撲進去放水... 可恨他放完輕松後，想躍出litter box，但又有
輸液管綁住，結果，litter box翻了，一地都是...

一点个人简介：我毕业十好几年了，呵呵。。。Step 1 235+, Step 2 245+, CK CS 是
在去年和今年考的(1st attempt)。我同时申请两个专业（外加prelim),现在有十几个
IV，我去了三个IV。我的问题是我申请的专业有一些是advanced program（尤其是我很
想去的），可我的prelim IV只有三个。
我个人认为我的交流能力还是可以的，因为我的日常科研工作需要大量的交流（而且
我也工作很多年了）。我认为我IV最大的问题是进一步把我的以前的工作经验和临床更
具体的联系起来，特别是证明我的以前的经验会让我胜任住院医（尤其是PGY1 intern

It is hard to pinpoint at this moment for me w/o knowing any lab values.
This is likely a systemic process with multiple organ system involvement: GI
, vascular and possible renal and heme. I would guess diagnosis is
eventually made by a pivotal biopsy.
How would you work her up?
I would focus on elucidating the cause of anasarca and hypokalemia,

I was hoping that people would ask for more stool studies, but maybe people
just assume that since she's had extensive work up, all the stool data would
be available. Anyway, here are the labs from this hospitalization and from
before. If a lab is not listed, then it wasn't done. The stool studies were
mostly done on a low residue, lactose free diet.

Majority consistent to GI loss (malnutrition/malabsorption)
Edema is due to hypoalbumin and low protein. Originally lower extremity edema was thought to be due to systemic involvement. But when I saw "4+ pitting edema up to low back" on PE on day 2, I knew it could be due to low protein level. I appreciate the good PE you did. :)
Hypokalemia is most likely due to GI loss too.
Other lab abnormalities suggested:
