我今天穿hattori跑了6迈。这鞋鞋底比五指鞋厚不了多少。跑完小腿还是有点累，不过
比以前感觉好很多了。

Asics很多鞋子都有可以拿出来的鞋垫，我忘记拿出来了。
不想穿湿鞋子，就找出我的黑色2130，她退休时候已经跑了接近700迈.
一穿上鞋子，突然明白啥叫作保护了，其实2130比Kayano已经少了很多support，还是
感觉我的脚是受宠若惊的意思，被包围保护的严严实实的。
但是一跑，就发现2140的鞋底真硬啊，几乎都不会跑步了。HyperSpeed5的鞋底是很柔
软的。
当时我第一次穿上HS5，心里还说，啥minimalist啊，和我其他的鞋子没啥区别吗。今
天我回头才知道，HS5和2130比起来简直就是乞丐啊，不要说和Kayano这种support之王相比了。
说句HS5的坏话，这鞋子只适合在晴天的水泥路上跑，否则都有问题。稍微路面有点湿
漉漉，隔着鞋底和鞋垫，我的厚袜子很快就湿了。

记得以前跑过10直接半马，最后很兴奋觉得还能再跑。现在真的不行。比如跑完9跑10
最后一迈明显疲劳。12前十都还好，最后一迈真的不是腿在跑。
总觉得还需要build up mileage, 比赛兴奋估计对我无效。

，比如你说的0.97 Mach，是为了躲避台风的特殊情况。
就像你开dfbb高速上跑70mile一般转速2k多，你要狠踩油门转速直逼红线也能跑100多
，就算不考虑其他traffic和cop，你要几个小时一直这么开下来，车也该快废了 |

PA103A航班在德国黑森州法兰克福起飞，前往英格兰希斯罗机场。乘客在那里转机
，然后航班改名为PA103继续旅程，飞往纽约肯尼迪国际机场。在炸弹袭击当晚飞伦敦
至纽约一段的客机属波音747-121型，机身编号N739PA，命名为“海之侍女快帆号”（
Clipper Maid of the Seas），是波音为泛美航空制造的第十五架747客机，于1970年2
月交付泛美航空。
在英国格林威治时间19:03分,也就是飞机起飞后38分钟、才进入苏格兰领空数分钟
、航行高度9100米\时，前货物舱（第41段）里面大约280至400克塑胶炸药被引爆，触
发起连串事件，令飞机迅速毁灭。
虽然机上的爆炸相对不大——在220英尺（67米）长的机身旁边炸出一个20平方英
