我和我女朋友左耳后都有一个米粒大小的红痣。
记得在几年前我就想过要找一个和我一样左耳后有一颗红痣的女人做妻子。不过我并没
有见到一个女人就去看人家有没有那颗红痣，并没有刻意的去找过。直到有一天，我遇
见了她，让我相信有缘千里来相距。
那是大学入学考试的那一天。那天大学考试的内容有笔试和面试，由于我来的比较早，
进了考场就挑了一个比较靠前的位子坐下了。正准备拿出书来再看几眼，这时又有两个
女孩子走了进来，其中一位就是我的现任女友，另一位是陪她来的。她们聊了两句另外
一个女孩子就走出去了，她便坐到了我右前方的位子。由于她扎得是马尾辫的发型，不
经意的一眼就被我看到了她左耳后的那个红痣。当我还没能完全相信我的眼睛，正想把
它看个清楚的时候，她竟然主动回过身来跟我说话。她说“你的书可以借我看看么”，
我有点失措地“阿，好啊”。

FIP的原因.
biopsy显示有macrophage,现在order了special staining of coronavirus. 这个exam
应该是比较definite. vet说就算他是FIP, 他也是第一次见是因为FIP一般没有mass出
现.
切除的就是肿大的淋巴结的一部分.

变化，还是每天拉，吃得很少，要灌罐头和奶。会主动喝水。
昨天跟医生详细谈了谈，目前感觉是FIP的可能性比较大。。哎，就是从他的
inflammatory cell里看起来是。里面显示有很多macrophage。我把这个词和cat放到
google里搜，出来的基本都是FIP。。。医生说其他可能比较小，除非是什么奇怪的感
染。BIOPSY基本是确定FIP的唯一可靠方法。
steroids也问了他，他说建议再等两天。因为会减慢手术伤口愈合，免疫力会下降。
其他暂时没想到什么了。他手术后倒是不太发烧了。我坐在这儿上班，今天早上从
foscam里面monitor他，看到他趴在水杯旁边睡了，特别特别心酸。 |

for diarrhea, this is before the specialist and the biopsy.
I wonder if bingbing does have a bacterial infection, which causes the fever
and diarrhea, but slow to respond or unresponsive to the specific type of
antibiotics prescribed.
The macrophages and inflammation is still consistent with bacterial
infection?
I am sure the docs know more but it doesnt hurt to ask since they can
overlook things? |

改了题目才发现今天的更新是多么难写。
饼饼走了，现在没有任何言语可以形容我的心痛。我们太爱他了太舍不得他了。
昨天开始我们发现他几乎不太走动了，除非是去上厕所。其他时候就呆在一个地方，走
路看起来也是很不稳，摇摇晃晃的。今天早上喂饭的时候，我们突然发现他肚子大起来
了，软软的，跟之前不一样了，顿时有种不详的感觉。给他称了体重，长了不少，就觉
得十有八九是变成wet了。早上喂了饭以后我们在沙发上，酥糖也在，酥饼本来远远地
望着，后来脚步蹒跚的走过来，上了沙发，在我们旁边躺了好一会儿。这十步可能是这
两天他走的最远的一次。
大概昨天开始越来越差，今天是最糟糕的一天，他几乎不动，呼吸困难，我们哭了一下
午，就陪着他，后来他慢慢呼吸越来越不好，肚子越来越大（毫不夸张，几个小时后就
比之前大了好多。。），去了沙盆都是出来就直接趴在沙盆旁边，去喝水也是守着水碗
，把头搁在水碗沿上，胸前的毛全部湿了。他太累了没力气fight了。。
大概傍晚的时候，我们差不多已经做了决定要送他走，不能再让他suffer了，可是真的
舍不得，我眼泪都流干了，不停的亲他，说我们很爱他。他没力气干任何事... 阅读全帖 |

和免疫刺激因子（granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor－ GM-CSF）
连在一起做成融合蛋白，然后将病人体内的抗原递呈细胞分离出来，用融合蛋白刺激，
再把激活的抗原递呈细胞植回体内，用来激活特异性针对前列腺癌的免疫细胞。
治疗效果是不能阻止cancer progressing，但是能没什么副作用的延长4个月寿命。
其实感觉效果一般，但是因为这是FDA批的这类免疫疗法的第一个产品，所以，很热。 |

/STAT1，其他两个都blot的很好，但是pAKT总是没有想要的带，貌似出来的带都是二抗
结合的非特异性带。
请问版上高人，有blot过pAKT的没有？能否帮我看看问题出在什么地方了啊？
我用的WASHING BUFFER是TBST with 0.05%Tween 20，
BLOCKING BUFFER:5%BSA/TBST,
一抗就dilute在blocking buffer里边。
protocol:
室温block 1h，一抗4度过夜，洗3次×10min；二抗室温30min，洗3次×15min。
我初步怀疑是tween 20量加多了，又看到班上有用pbs做washing buffer的，貌似pbs更
温和一些，不知道用pbs会不会好一些？

pEGFP-N1里，测序结果也是正确的，就是TLR4后面接了个in frame fusion的EGFP
但问题是transfect到293T里不亮，而空载体pEGFP-N1很亮……
我现在怀疑是kozak不够强，准备在ATG前面加一个
GCCACCATGGXX，不知道会不会有帮助……
哪位做过类似的实验，请不吝赐教啊，

容易。其他几种常温下是液体，但是大体上他们的密度和水的密度很相近，1ml近似1g
。这些脂肪酸都极易溶于乙醇。溶解Palmitic Acid需要略微加热（50C)。
The free fatty acids are toxic unless they are presented bound to purified,
fatty acid free, endotoxin-free serum albumin, which is used at a typical
concentration of 0.1–0.2%.
Take 31ul 1M palmitic acid, 2.8ul 1M Palmitoleic acid etc and bring the
final volume to 1000ul with 100% EtOH, you will get 0.1M FFA. Add 76ul of
