Gen – mild discomfort, vary faint macular rash on abdomen, no petichae
HEENT – bilateral conjunctival injection, EOMI, no proptosis. No sinus
tenderness. OP clear. Neck soft, supple, no LAD.
CV – tachy, regular, 2/6 systolic mumur at LSB (flow murmur)
Resp – CTAB, no w/c/r
Abd – soft, obese, ND, mild epigastric and LUQ TTP, negative Murphy's sign,
HSM not felt

She was seen by an ophthalmologist who suggested GCA as well.
Neither of them suggested macular degeneration or DM retinalopathy.
MS is less likely due to her age.
So do you think she needs a biopsy? |

edema， etc。 病因也很多， 不知道你说的到底是那种情况？
比方说papillary edema， 根据病因可以选择药物治疗和手术治疗， 所以查清病因是

firmly believed they appear to be smaller and unreal. She denies any other

usual recomended watch period is 2 to 6 weeks post trauma. Based on your
case: a pediatric patient, vision is severely reduced, even show early sign
of retinal detachment; I would say surgery earlier rather than later to
prevent further detachment. It would be vitrectomy--followed by gas bubble
replacement.
And again, we can't stress enough about proper eye protection during sports.

This a very interesting medical ethical topic. I will give some background
information about this medication, and would like to hear what you guys
think about this.
I don't do retina, so not sure if this doctor is as briliant as described in
his own website. He is not that famous, otherwise as a comprehensive
ophthalmologist I would have heard of his name.

大家都喜欢户外运动，但是户外运动要注意一点，就是眼睛的UV protection.
这个UV protection有多重要呢？有很多眼病的risk factor都有UV exposure. 随便说
两个。
cataract, 就是白内障，现在是有手术了，但是有风险。而且手术本身就是glaucoma
青光眼的
risk factor.青光眼没什么特别有效的治疗方法，控制不好就等着瞎了。
Age related Macular Degeneration, 这个病只有wet form能控制一下，在眼睛里打针，
$1000/shot, 1shot/month.dry form的就等着瞎了。
大家为了60以后还能看得见，户外活动要带眼镜。不近视的要带sunglasses,近视的就
好一些，因为

2006年12月24日正是平安夜，未满一岁的小恩中走了，转眼间，四年过去了。
恩中走的那天下午，我结束了在洛杉矶的布道，在机场等候飞机回家，突然想起了恩中
的父亲洪亮，就拨通了他的手机，怎么也没想到，我刚刚问孩子怎么样了？洪亮就沉痛
地告诉我，范大哥，恩中今天凌晨被主接走了。我听后很难过，一时说不出话来。安静
了一下我说，洪亮啊，你一定要坚强，挺得住，要哭就哭吧。他说，范大哥，上帝给我
们有足够的恩典，为我们祷告吧。
就在那之前半年，我也是去布道，来到了堪萨斯，那是我第一次见到小恩中，也是最后
一次。那时他才四五个月，他母亲佳美把他带到了教会，他安静地躺在摇篮里，又白又
胖，又爱笑，就像个小天使。没想到，小天使竟然如此匆匆离去。
