I see no offer included to switch back to a Surfing plan if you elect to
switch to this plan. That offer is included specifically with Relaxed 3.0,
but does not extend to "every" plan. Only you can decide which option works
better for your needs and circumstances. |

以后不填信用卡是不可能了。
为了升级Mad Plum，填了信用卡信息。
参照chenhongzhi的攻略

填完信用卡后，去到Top Up页面，因为我一直balance是0，所以打算按照攻略中小于3.
6美金的做法，去手动Top Up $10，但是发现不能通过，提示Minimum top up是$25。
于是我猜，能够手动top up $10的帐户并不是像我这样的Truly Free帐户。
而Truly Free帐户如果手动top up的话，确实最少一次$25。
那么，我是不是直接点击Upgrade选Mad Plum - Upgrade就对了，是不是？因为这样做
只是charge一个initial auto top up $20，比我自己手动还省了$5。
各位大神如看到，请confirm一下，我的理解是否正确，同时也能惠及和我一样的Truly
Free用户的升级困惑。
