factor and then factor it over a prime p, then use Hensel lifting to factor
it over Z_p, the p-adic integers, the use bound on coefficients you can
factor the polynomial

. Here there was no room at all for productive day-dreaming. Tian's talk was
extremely technical, very dry, and the transparencies were typed with small
font, that probably made it hard to follow even for the ten or whatever

以前的algebraic coding theory只是变得很鸡肋，也不是完全进垃圾堆，也还有发展
Madhu Sudan 2002年还因为R-S codes的工作在ICM拿了Nevanlinna Prize
新出现的polar codes更算是一种回归 |
