？我们这里新开了这个项目， 从幼儿园开始，80%中文，20% 英语。我担心孩子去之后
英语的读写能力会落后。不知道这里有没有送孩子去的？ |

1。10分学校还纠结啥。而且同学都差不多的，以后学校也不会差下去。
2。45分钟，校车要多花多少时间？孩子太辛苦。
3。转校能不转就不转，太折腾。
我儿子以前在普通学校，现在在magnet，学校诚如你说得，老师老，课外活动多，但是
硬件的确不好，bonding不强。
另，抽上了一般会给你几天决定接受offer去不去。
再说，magnet的优势，在几年10几年前也许还有，但现在新开的学校，从教师理念到学
校建设都是新的，我个人觉得优势不大了。 |

You listed good points. She is currently learning Chinese and piano and I
don't think I can push her to spend more time on those. And she wakes us up
early in the morning to get us to play with her... never likes to sleep. Her
friends are busier than us which makes playdate not that frequent. The

基本上minnow可以上鱼的地方，它都可以上。效率虽然有时候略低，但有时候觉得并不在
minnow之下。而携带和使用上的方便更不可同日而语。迄今为止用它上过crappie,
sunfish, white bass, largemouth bass，smallmouth bass等。今天这个清单上又增
加了一个没想到的鱼种。
晚饭后照例到大坝上散步小钓，第一杆就上了一条keeper size(>9寸)的crappie。不过
接下来比较惨淡，只上了一些小baby。刚好朋友打来电话，就把饵远远甩出，开始聊天，
偶尔提一下杆拉拉鱼饵。正聊得兴起，突然杆头传来大力，远远比crappie力气大。开
始还以为是bass，可那头传来的力量没有丝毫爆发力，明显不像bass。由于crappie
magnet配的钩很小，显然经不住大鱼冲击，赶紧调好drag，与之游斗半晌，终于拉出水
面见到庐山真面-一条20来寸的channel catfish！猫鱼居然咬了CM，这可是大姑娘上轿，

我可不可以用这个beads conjugate antibody，然后去拽cell lysate的antigen呀。心
里想差别也就是ChIP里protein先crosslink了DNA嘛。。。
washbuffer还有elution buffer有什么要注意的么？Elution难道直接加sds sample
loading buffer煮一煮，dissociate下来protein到buffer里然后load？
如果新买其它beads还得等几天，试试可不可以呀？有没有前人经验。。。 |

不知大家见没见过Magnetic Stirrer，见附图。基本上就是通过电产生磁场（可调），
之后带动Magnetic Stir bar（磁铁，外边镀的teflon)旋转，达到搅拌混合的目的。
我的问题是，同样的磁场强度下，如果用不同大小的Stir bar， Stir bar的转速一样
么？
我觉得不应该是一样的。 希望得到理论支持。

pack得太紧，那哪里还有微米尺寸颗粒一说？呵呵。
如果说微米颗粒意味着可以忽略颗粒间的作用的话，感觉颗粒状的情形
应该会有更小的loss。在极端情况下，当颗粒的尺寸小于domain尺寸的
时候，这个就是一个superparamagnets的集合，忽略相互之间的作用，
基本上不会有任何hysteresis的行为（包括magnetization，其名也源于
此），也就不会有由此产生的motion和heat作用。
我觉得比较一下磁性-非磁性合金（显现铁磁性）与相同比例、磁性颗
粒镶嵌在非磁性背景的混合体的差别比较有意思。这几年dilute
magnetic semiconductor就一直有磁性杂质是否uniformly diluted
的争论：有人认为材料中磁性分子很均匀地、分子尺度地分散；而有些
人发现磁性分子形成cluster分布在材料中。我自己做的不是这个方向，
