刚刚五月份签下来的房子，超大1 bedroom。我们还没有来的及convert加一道
temporary的活动墙，不过有一面很大很大屏风。个人空间完全不受影响。加完屏风厅
还有14平米。
我和室友两人假期都不在。现在转租的是她的房间。July 1-Aug 31
10平米。家居齐全。1350 per month 费用全包除了cable。
其它设施：实木地板、空调、整体厨房带微波炉洗碗机、10层super suunny，看得见帝
国大厦。（这真的比窗户直面一面跟生化危机一样的破墙好多了，我以前住的都心理影
暗了。） 足够的closet，24小时laundry,video intercom.
小区环境：没得说了，绿化超级好。篮球场网球场各种各样场一应俱全。
外部交通：Google map大家可以看一下位置。L train的车站在14th st @ Ave 1。如果
特别喜欢走路的同学用走的话是12分钟。但楼下就是公 |

filing NYC tax forms.
I worked in Mahatten and lived in Brooklyn. For form IT-360.1 "change of
resident status", which shall I choose?
A. New York city change of Residence
B. Yonkers change of residence.
C New York City and Yonkers change at the same time.
Shall I choose B? What is City of Yonders? Are they counties not regard as
NYC?
