发帖数: 169 | 1 周五好不容易把i-485材料用EXPRESS MAIL发出来了，今天网上查状态发现今日送件但
由于是周末不上班，所以只留下了一个notice．而且还说express mail不会自动再次送
件，要去pick up或者在线order 一个redelivery．五天没有人取就要退回。我想在网
上order， 但又必须填收件人姓名，不知该怎么填。 本来想用express mail 快一
点，没想到这么麻烦。
各位有遇到过这种情况吗？ USCIS周一上班后会有人去取吗？我可以order relivery
吗，还是必须是收件人才可以？ |

１３号USCIS网站显示USPS pick up了绿卡，并且给了tracking number，但是自１３号
开始，USPS网站上状态始终是：
Priority Mail 2-Day™

Scheduled Delivery Day:
September 16, 2013

USPS Tracking™
再没有任何更新。以前用priority mail，一般都是２－３天收到。给USPS打电话，说
他们也看不到更新，说有消息了call back
请问下大家遇到过这种情况吗？
btw，为啥绿卡不能用平信寄啊，真是恶心人，我的welcome notice早就收到了，还连
续两天收到两份 |

But we haven't received it now.What should we do?
We have already filed I485 and have received the mail for fingerprint.
Usually, we can receive the mail from USCIS within 5 days.

今早140显示的消息是貌似批了，但状态很奇怪：

affirming our original approval. Please contact the Department of State
directly for any further information on your case.”
标题是“Mailed Back To Department Of State”

/12/2016 and it has been 4 days while the tracking information is not
updated. Did you guys encounter similar situation? I highly appreciate if
anyone can share their delivery time during this holiday season. Thank you!
BTW, if you try to catch up with the Christmas high volume mail delivery.
Try UPS, Fedex, don' t use USPS... |

家住Durham, 我搬到旁边一个小区了。大概一个月前有一封保险公司的信寄到我的新地
址（我电话告知保险公司新地址）。可是今天保险公司说信被退回了。
是不是USPS要对比地址和住户信息才会送信出去？
如果是UPS, FEDEX等等的快递公司，是不是给一个新地址就会送邮件，不对比住户信息？
后来在https://moversguide.usps.com/?referral=USPS
进行了forward mail设置
1. 以后别人寄信给我还是填旧地址吗，这样邮局会自动forward给我新地址是吗
2. 如果别人寄信给我用新地址，USPS是不是就能识别出来我的信息，也可以寄到我手
中吗？
3. 如果我以后搬家到美西，再次设置forward mail到最新地址，那么邮件也一样可以
转过来吗，美东-美西的转发邮费怎么办？

我使用的是priority mail 的flat rate box， 并且还为此买了保险, 保单上有填写物
品价值。按照提供的label number显示, 包裹应该是在发出两日后达到。到目前
expected delivery day 已过，包裹的追踪状态仍停留在邮寄当天的两个步骤1.
Acceptance 2. dispatched to sort facility。在之后的两天多时间里没有任何的
update。 现在两眼一抹黑，请问熟悉USPS registered mail的童鞋们这样domestic 的
包裹几天没有更新的情况正常吗？ 包裹有没有可能已经丢失或被盗窃？谢谢大家了！
包裹是在Lake Hiawatha的postal office寄的，不知道那里有没有发生过类似状况，只
记得当时工作人员的态度不是很好。 |

didn't receive any confirmation or notification or whatever telling me it
has been recieved and has been processed.
(I knew it was delivered by USPS notification only).
Is it normal? Can you share your experience? You will receive your visa in
mail w/o any notification prior to?

一份MAIL delivered, 另外一份今天还是 Arrived at USPS Facility.两份同时在店里
寄的。PO POX 都是在邮局的，为何没有delivered？
特意要UPS的，贵就贵点，没想到还不如UPSPS的certified MAIL, UPS 就给了个

yahoo mail最近改版了,界面好用很多,最右边是广告栏,但是很明显广告内容与邮件无关
gmail也是最右边是广告栏,广告内容根据用户邮件决定...
比如昨天我去和同事讨论问题,快结束的时候我问他是不是在做re-finance
他很惊讶地问我是怎么知道的。因为我们讨论的是关于工作的email,和re-finance
完全无关。
我说因为你的gmail广告栏里都是mortgage, re-finance的广告。。。
这也是为啥广告商愿意给google钱 而不愿意给yahoo钱的原因。 |

邮件里面有时间的话，你直接点就可以自动加到calender里面，然后再calender里面可
以进一步修改。而且最厉害的时候你看calender时候可以点击show in mail，这样能看
到这个event的具体信息
谁知道有替代品，冒个泡，我就可以把mail甩掉了 |

可以提供free的mail server hosting service，
就是说类似于"virtual mail server"的概念，
