发帖数: 180 | 18 今天的舞会圆满结束，也有一些不足，作为经验教训总结一下。
总共到现场的人员超过50人，最高潮的7：30-8：00pm左右大概在场的有30-40多人
，绝大多数人能够在带动下进入舞池跳舞。从来的人数角度，本次舞会还是挺成功的。
硬件方面：我们利用所有资源，学生会提供的六个音箱（包括两个落地的大的低音音箱
），音响效果虽然比不上跳舞酒吧里的低音震动效果，但是这已经是在现有条件下能取
得的最好效果了；舞会采用黑池，4个彩灯，还是有烘托出一定舞会气氛。
软件方面：DJ. Daxin精心准备了很多劲爆蹦迪的舞曲。从食物准备上，我们准备了四
盒large Pizza和许多零食饮料，临走时薯片和饮料还剩下一些。能够满足到场人员最
基本的食品需要。
不足的方面：
1，热场的时间有些长，同学分批而来，大家都比较含蓄，调动起来需要一番努力。以
后需要组织者进一步想好策略，多一些集体游戏，调动大家积极性。
2，通知还没有到位，还有一些同学不知道我们的舞会，或在当天已经有活动安排，以
后要早早通知，舞会临近了再提醒。
感受：
同学们在异国他乡打拼很辛苦，我们是要多组织一些联谊社交的活动，如舞会。同时大

责人能够尽快做到一下几点：
一、确定一个公共的交流平台（如果maillist的旧邮件有地方查询的话，我觉得不错；
否则，还是论坛比较好）。
二、确定需要落实的任务，比如定制标语、采购什么的。
三、确定大家志愿报名的方式。有热情的同学们不少，希望能够将任务分配下来。
四、确定一个可靠的捐款渠道。
最主要的，还是尽快把交流的平台建议起来，剩下的时间不多了。
