，在国内配大概是RMB2000/片，在美国买价格是国内的一半。好友请我帮忙在美国买。
这个是处方药，有什么方法可以买到吗？可否让国内的医生开处方，然后公正成英文版
的，到美国来配药呢？或者让认识的美国医生开了，但是能邮寄到国内吗？海关能过吗
？有谁知道？ 现在这里谢了。 |

了肝，是一些小瘤散布在肝脏，医生建议服用索坦（英文;sunitinib malate(sutent)
)和安维汀（Avastin)。她生病很多年了，除了这个地方长了瘤，身体其他部位也有肿
瘤，得的是某种很吓人的综合征。爸爸让我在米国打听这个药的价钱。我知道这边买药
一般是要医生处方的，我没有处方，不知道能不能买到这个药么？又听朋友说，这个药
副作用非常大，哎，都不知道该怎么办了。大家有了解这个药的么？感激不尽了！ |

经摘除了右肾，现在处于观察期。国内医生的建议是不用化疗放疗，只用定期回访。如
果癌症不转移不复发就行。然后开了这个药，英文名字叫Sunitinib Malate Capsules
。一瓶28片，两瓶2万5千块，吃三周。需要一直吃。因为药的价格太贵，发小家里有点
吃力，早上发信息问我，在美国这种病都是怎么治，是不是也是开这种药吃？如果确实
吃了有用，砸锅卖铁也得吃。但就怕是医生为了拿回扣，故意开些又贵又没啥用的药。
LZ在美国也不认识什么医生，只好上来问问，看看有没有高人能够指点一下。感激不尽

believe C4 and Craze are among the hottest pre on the market now. I am using
C4 right now and I like it. I heard Craze has been reformulated and many
people claim it does not work as well as when they first entered the market.

find it helps your workout you may want to cut the dosage.
Like I mentioned I actually like that tingling feeling. The feeling went
away quickly because manufactures are too stingy to put in enough useful
ingredients.
After some trial and error I now mix my own pre-workouts, kinda. I typically
use half dosage of whatever pre-workout I am currently using and then mix

下面有2个图
第一个是一个细菌在三种不同的碳源下对于硝酸盐nitrate的去除。实验初始条件都一
样（TOC，nitrate），可是我不知道有什么好的解释可以说明为什么malate做为碳源时
，Nitrate的去除最差.
第二幅图是这个细菌在不同溶液初始碳氮比（succinate）的情况下的nitrate去除速度
和程度。我不知道如何解释为何C/N=4到C/N=5为何最终的nitrate去除效果会有这么大
的一个jump.

+6NADH+2FADH2+2GTP (from TCA cycle)=== 2ATP+2GTP+10NAD+2FADH2
1NADH--2.5ATP, 1FADH2--1.5ATP, malate-aspartate shuttle不消耗ATP，算起来就是
32，Stryer的Biochemistry很早就这么说了。
老版本的生化书 1NADH--3ATP, 1FADH2--2ATP，算出来就是38. |

transfer NADH.
Is this right?
But my calculation is 38 or 36.
glycolysis: should produce 2 NADH+ + 2 ATPs ( substrate level
phosphorylation 4ATP---2 ATP consumed)
From pyruvate to Acetyl CoA: 2 NADH produced
During TCA: 6 NADH+2FAD+2GTP
so the total should be ( malate shuttle): 10 NADH * 3+ 2 FADH* 2+ 2ATP +
2GTP=38
