）之子慕克里兹（Mukhriz）的助手阿兹林（Azrin）指责称，穆克里兹否认雇佣“剑桥
分析”影响2013年选举的说法是在说谎。阿兹林目前是“剑桥分析”母公司SCL集团东

么程度。
马来自卑一方面来自和新加坡的繁荣和秩序对比造成的心理反差，另一方面是和马来华
人在财富和子女学业上的鸿沟。
马来的华人大都经济条件不错，重视子女教育。马来人则像劳模和老黑的混合体：生育
力强，懒，不重视子女教育，幸福点很低，爱吃垃圾食品长得胖。
当然，马来华人再优秀也拼不过马来人的生育力。人口比例的下降导致华人话语权越来
越小，国家越来越烂。 |

多民族国家马来西亚的民族关系正在经受考验。自去年大选以来，占总人口60%的
马来人与近30%的华人之间的裂痕正在扩大，相互不信任感日趋加深。此前，在马来西
亚经济快速增长时期，两大族群能够相安无事。现在马来西亚的经济也出现了乌云。尤
其是马来西亚总理纳吉布为了巩固马来人对他的支持，似乎对这种族群对立采取了默许
态度。
马来西亚分裂被浓缩在了首都吉隆坡的街头。隔着大约20米，有两处经营餐饮的小
摊贩集中的市场。一边是多是马来人的小摊子，而另一边则只有华人在开店。华人光顾
华人的店铺，而马来人的摊子也主要是马来人。
马来人的大部分为伊斯兰教徒，受宗教影响，不能食用大量使用猪肉的中国菜。另
一方面，华人虽然没有饮食方面的禁忌，但很多人仍然不愿光顾马来人的店铺。以此反
对马来西亚优待马来人的“土地之子(Bhumiputra）”政策。
马来人摊贩聚集的市场由吉隆坡市运营，每月的租金仅为30林吉特（约合人民币50
元）。另一方面，华人小摊贩市场则是民营的，租金为前者的25倍，达到800林吉特左
右。市营市场优先让马来人开店，这让周边的华人居民感到“很不公平”。

这个是有天去吃俺们西雅图Bellevue的Malay Satay的Lunch Special，然后回来琢磨着做的。那天去叫了个什么Prawn什么noodle,好像就是No.21的那个，大家可以去试试哈。建议民工下次再来也去试试，那里的抛饼和沙爹肉串都很好吃，茄子也很好。
面条十分钟就好，肯定好。
原材料：李锦记的四川担担面酱（你肯定说这个不正宗，有股虾酱味，没错，可这里要
的就是这个味儿），XO酱（我的是淘大的，买贵的还是便宜自己决定），乌冬面一包，
虾、鱼丸若干，油葱酥，骨头汤（上次说的，多做了存在冰箱里随吃随拿）。
做法：
1.两个锅，一个倒入适量骨头汤，一个加水准备煮面。
2.骨头汤煮沸后，加适量担担面酱和XO酱，调好味道，就OK啦。
3.煮面的锅水沸后，先下虾和鱼丸，虾熟了捞出来就可以，免得煮过了，鱼丸可以多煮
后，可以直接把面包下进去。乌冬面本来就是熟的，不用煮很长时间。
4.面条、虾、鱼丸都装碗，加入汤头，再在面上加点XO酱里的东东，加点油葱酥，就可
以吃啦。
